The items ordered on-line arrived in the Telford Centre the next day as promised. The staff in the centre provide an excellent customer experience.

Item I wanted was in stock in my local area. I was able to place an order and the item was ready to collect the next morning. I have never used Brewers before. The staff are excellent and very helpful. I will definitely use them again.

Excellent value for money for this paint; quick delivery by Brewers themselves; a premium product.

Easy to place order via the website. Only snag was one product listed online as available in 3 days turned out to be 3 or 4 weeks. However, my local store contacted me straight away with the issue and offered useful advice on a replacement product, with the whole order then delivered the next day. All's well that ends well, and this speedy resolution means I'll happily continue using Brewers.

Unfortunately not the best experience on the first time using Brewers
I had to contact them after a week to find out where my order was only to be told they were behind on orders and the order would be available the following week but the wallpaper batches would be different
When asking for a refund this was only partial and had to make contact again to sort this out
All in all not great
Better communication ith the customer would help
