The pre-sales guidance & advice was very useful.
Although moving home is always going to be stressful the staff particularly Mike who headed up our sale, made it as less stressful as possible, by way of us knowing that everything was under control.

Mike and the team at Brian Thomas Estate Agents, Chadwell Heath managed to sell our house in a difficult market. We are grateful to them for their efforts.

Mike and all the team were excellent from start to finish. From the moment we met Mike we found him extremely friendly and knowledgable as well as trustworthy. When I sought an update, it was provided and the process went smoothly. The sale was not complex with several chain involved but I am grateful for the expertise and knowledge provided. JSS

When we moved last year Mike sold our house, handled the viewings and negotiations and basically made the whole experience much less stressful. The service was excellent, we were kept informed at every stage and I would highly recommend this company

Mike Driver was a kind and helpful agent. He marketed my sister's property energetically, and came up with a good range of offers. He checked out the credential of the prospective buyers, and advised us without pushing us towards any individual. He recommended a good solicitor, and helped us with the clearance of the house.
The sale took longer than we had hoped, and we were surprised when, very late in the process, our buyer asked for a substantial reduction in the price. We negotiated a lower reduction and after that, the sale proceeded smoothly to a conclusion.
A further surprise was to find, when the documents were exchanged, that the buyers were actually listed a a letting company, as we had thought we were selling to a young first time buying couple. Our agent told us he had not initially been aware of that.

I did have incredible experience with Manager Mike Driver. He is very honest and extremely helpful throughout the whole process as property was in Probate. I will recommend him for anyone. Also, Susan was very helpful who helped all my phone query.

We recently sold a property through Brian Thomas, this became quite a lengthy process, but thanks to Brian Thomas, particularly Mike Driver who handled the sale, we had very professional and friendly help.
He & the team were always helpful, chasing issues & always keeping us updated, we would certainly recommend their services.

Mike Driver at Brian Thomas sold our property very quickly. His professionalism, experience and prediction of the market meant maximising on the number of viewings we received and ensuring that we received multiple great offers. Our situation as sellers wasn't the most straightforward but with all of the hurdles we faced, that were beyond our control, Mike assisted, chased at every step of the way and kept us informed throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Brian Thomas. Their rates are competitive too.

As I've never sold a property before this was very difficult but Mike Diver was incredibly helpful he took the time to explain every stage of the process. His prompt replies to phone calls and emails was very helpful. If I'm ever in the same situation again I will definitely call Mike. I would just like to thank him for everything he done especially in the difficult situation we was in. I would also recommend him to other's.

Fantastic service, went out of their way to help and get the job done. Mike is an asset to the company and I couldn't recommend him and Brian Thomas highly enough!

Made an offer on property a year ago which was accepted but was pulled from the market soon after as seller circumstances had changed and needed to stay put. I ask Mike If he could let me know if and when its back on the market. 9 Months later I get that call. I'm now living in that property, appreciate that callback and will always be grateful for that. Cheers Mike and all at Brian Thomas Chadwell Heath.
