Our dresses came on time. Perfect size, did not need any alteration. Staff was excellent and we are very happy with customer service. Thank you everyone for making our day better.

If there was a 0 star i would. I visited this shop for my sister in law bridal shopping. The lengha was damaged when checked properly. Customer service was so rude and aggressive the lady with scarf was so rude all staff were so rude. I would highly avoid this shop please dont ruin your experience

We visited this shop on 27th April at 4:15pm at Bridal Junction, Green Street. We purchased a lehenga in cash, but immediately noticed it was faulty and appeared used, not in a hygienic or wearable condition.

We raised the issue straight away while still inside the shop. We tried politely for over 30 minutes to resolve the issue and request a refund, but the staff made no real effort to help and instead made the situation worse. We remained in the shop for over 40 minutes without any resolution and eventually had to involve the police, who advised the shop to sort the refund.

Even after this, we were told to wait for the owner, which caused further delay. The entire process took far longer than it should have, despite the issue being raised immediately and us never leaving the premises.

The situation escalated after we expressed our frustration at the lack of help. A female staff member wearing a hijab, who appeared to be responsible for approving refunds, became very aggressive, pointed her finger at us, and told us to leave the shop. Her behaviour was intimidating and unprofessional.

We had our two young children with us, and the atmosphere became so tense that they started crying, which made the experience even more distressing.

At no point were we clearly told that the exact lehenga shown would be the one sold to us, and its condition was not properly disclosed.

Overall, this was a very stressful and upsetting experience with poor customer service throughout. We would strongly advise others not visit this shop. Will never recommend this shop to anyone.

I strongly recommend avoiding this place. We experienced terrible service, with no regard for important deadlines. When repairs and shipping were delayed, there was zero empathy. Worse still, staff openly spoke negatively about my wife and my family in front of other customers, and any concerns we raised were dismissed. It was an incredibly disappointing experience.

Dress arrived on time perfectly. The fittings were perfect. Staff is a huge help. Thank you Bridal Junction

Incredibly disappointed with the service here. The dress ordered was delivered with multiple defects and the staff was disrespectful and refused to take any accountability. Save yourself the stress and go elsewhere.

If there was a way to give a 0-star, I would. The staff are so rude - I was waiting to pick my outfit after it was meant to be ready 2.5 months ago. They took 2.5 months to fix the dress that was already damaged from the get go, and then had the audacity to chat about me in front of other customers because I told them I had been waiting to pick my dress finally since Feb. I came in, gave my measurements twice and yet the blouse didn’t fit and the lehenga was damaged and somehow they made it sound it was my fault? Like they were doing me a favour to repair an outfit that cost me 3K. What an absolute joke, I genuinely don’t know how they’re still standing. BRIDES, PLEASE DO YOURSELF A FAVOUR AND DONT SHOP HERE. There’s a shop next to them called Impressions, go there! I bought my reception dress from there and they’re lovely.

AVOID! The female worker aka the owner of this shop is awful. Placed an order September 2025, came for the appointment in March 2026. The dress was made completely wrong in the cheapest looking tacky way possible. First they denied their mistakes then said they will remake but wedding is in 1 week. The lady who owns the store is a very rude and unprofessional woman. She has no manners, knows nothing about customer service. They were at fault but she didn’t care to help. The only person that helped in this store was the male worker. And when he was trying to assist us to fix the issue they made, the same rude female owner came with a coffee for him and said ‘drink your coffee or it will get cold’ in the middle of him serving us - who’s dress they made completely wrong. That’s the kind of customer service here. Avoid at all costs.

Absolutely disgusting customer service please avoid at all cost! The owner was so disgustingly horrible I have never met someone so rude in my life and she didn’t care how she spoke to me or my family. She was screaming at our face after I was pointing out the mistakes that was made on my dress. I have 2 weeks left until my wedding and my dress just arrived they made so much mistakes even though I didn’t make any big changes to my dress. They did not answer their phone or reply to my text message after I placed an order with them. I placed an order beginning of November 2025 and it just arrived few days ago. Please avoid them honestly not worth the stress. Still so shocked at how me and my family was treated. So unprofessional!

We bought 2x wedding dresses and a mother of the bride outfit from Bridal Junction. We are so grateful for the service, Saba was so helpful and attentive. The quality, fit and design were all perfect. Thank you so much. We would definitely recommend this shop.

So we just put an order in for a bridal outfit. Whilst I can't comment about the final result what my family agree with his Sababah. Mash'Allah what a lovely person. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and just very honest. She was absolutely pivotal in making the final decision. Thank you Sababah for all your help

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS SHOP!!!!
The dress I chose and tried on was beautiful. But when it came to picking it up it was like a completely different dress!!!! The measurements were all wrong. I told them to fix this which they said no. They didn’t even re-take my measurements. I picked it up the second time and NOTHING was changed I then pressured them to fix it and the lady took me to their tailor opposite the road. Which was funny because they originally stated their clothes were made and tailored in Bangladesh. The tailor then initially refused to fix it but I refused to leave. He then made it look even worse !!! I eventually gave up as they refused to give me my money back or fix the outfit. I took it to another tailor who was astonished at how cheap and rushed the original work was !!! Honestly added so much stress to my wedding planning. There is a reason they don’t show up on google as a shop.

I had an absolutely horrible and shocking experience at Bridal Junction and would strongly advise all brides especially to avoid this shop at all costs.

I found a bridal dress, they took my measurements, and it was ready to pick up. I come in only to discover that parts of the dress had been changed without my knowledge or consent when I clearly specified that this is EXACTLY how I want it. When I raised this, instead of taking accountability or even showing a shred of understanding, the staff became EXTREMELY rude and patronising. They are lovely when you first come in, the second you pay an excessive deposit on a dress, they don’t care.

I was frustrated as they took absolutely no accountability for this, no apology, just rude behaviour and attitude from both of the ladies. They were openly speaking amongst themselves, laughing, and making me feel completely dismissed while I was left upset and frustrated trying to figure out what to do.

To make matters worse, the fair hijabi staff pointed at my mum and said “you should teach your kids some respect” which was not only completely uncalled for, but also deeply disrespectful, especially as my mum had said nothing at all!!!! This left me INFURIATED!!!!!!! My sister was frustrated with me due to the rude and disgusting customer service, and rather than handling the situation professionally, they escalated it with hostility. Absolutely DISGUSTING.

This behaviour is not only unprofessional, it’s inappropriate and unacceptable. Planning a wedding is stressful enough without being treated this way, especially when purchasing something as important as a bridal gown.

The customer service here is shockingly bad, the attitude is beyond rude, and the lack of accountability is laughable. Brides especially, do yourself a favour and please stay away. You will only be left unhappy with your dress.

They are the worse people to deal with. In the beginning whilst choosing a dress they help and try close a deal . After spending £650 on dress that was made overseas. Once it arrives the service goes out the window. They do not want to know you anymore . Further more you pay £650 for a dress and they give you a plastic bag to take your dress away in. A dress that has internal netting ! They ten fold the dress and squeeze it into a plastic bag . They are so rude when collecting dress . Customer service goes out the window once the money is in there accounts . Avoid at all cost

We had a terrible experience with BridalJunction. They gave us the wrong pickup dates not once, but three times, despite clear communication from our side. Each error added unnecessary stress to an already overwhelming wedding planning process. We expected professionalism, especially when it comes to something as important as a wedding — sadly, that’s not what we received. Would not recommend.

Bridal Junction gave me the worst experience of my entire life. No bride should EVER go through what I did.

They ruined my wedding and left me with nothing but stress, disappointment, and financial loss.

I ordered my nikah dress from this shop and paid £1100, plus an extra fee to guarantee timely delivery. I specifically asked for an ivory gown, but they had no fabric samples, just a confusing thread chart. We asked for help, and ordered based on the employee’s recommendation.

Despite all their promises, the dress never arrived before my wedding.

Worse, they never bothered to inform me of any delays. I visited the shop three days in a row, spending entire days there, as they lied repeatedly, saying the courier was "nearby" and the dress would arrive "any minute." They strung me along with false hope, until the afternoon before my wedding day, when they finally admitted the dress would not be coming.

I was devastated. I had no time left to find a replacement dress. They let me borrow a sample saree from the shop— something completely different from the nikah gown I had planned for — and said I could collect my actual dress after the wedding and return the saree.

15 days after my wedding, I went back to collect the dress as they had been ignoring my calls, and when I finally showed up, the dress was:

1. The wrong colour (pistachio green instead of ivory),

2. Incomplete (missing the sleeve lining I requested),

3. And still, they refused to refund me.

They forced me to pay £100 for dry cleaning the borrowed saree, and when I refused, the owner threatened to call the police unless I paid. I was emotionally exhausted and had no fight left. I paid for the dry cleaning and left with a useless dress I couldn’t even wear.

So now I’m stuck with a £1100 dress I couldn’t wear, in the wrong colour and missing key details, and had to pay an additional £100 for a last-minute replacement I never wanted.

Bridal Junction lied, manipulated, and took my money, showing no remorse or professionalism.

DO NOT TRUST THIS SHOP.

They ruined one of the most important days of my life, and I wouldn’t wish this experience on anyone.

If I could give zero, I would. I was in need of an urgent dress due to mine messing up. The owner took advantage of this and tried to charge £700 for a dupatta (despite being told this would be £400) and £400 for further alterations on the dress (despite being told this would be £200 from someone else in the shop) Mind you the dress discounted was already £1200. The owner told me the price and walked off. She didn’t wait for my response. I had to look for her myself to talk about this properly. When asked why she walked off after giving us the first price she said “I was done with the conversation” but I told her a conversation is a 2 way street and she should’ve at least waited for a response and she kept reiterating that she was done with the conversation. She would not budge on her first price and was extremely rude. She was asking for a further £1100 for alterations which is absolutely ridiculous. For obvious reasons we did not get the dress but the owner is so rude and does not deserve business. the normal workers there are OKAY but the owner is horrible. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! I dodged a bullet as many other reviews complain about receiving outfits late and different to what they described 😃
