Thank you bridal junction. Our dress arrived on time. Very helpful staff and excellent customer service.

If I could give zero, I would. I was in need of an urgent dress due to mine messing up. The owner took advantage of this and tried to charge £700 for a dupatta (despite being told this would be £400) and £400 for further alterations on the dress (despite being told this would be £200 from someone else in the shop) Mind you the dress discounted was already £1200. The owner told me the price and walked off. She didn’t wait for my response. I had to look for her myself to talk about this properly. When asked why she walked off after giving us the first price she said “I was done with the conversation” but I told her a conversation is a 2 way street and she should’ve at least waited for a response and she kept reiterating that she was done with the conversation. She would not budge on her first price and was extremely rude. She was asking for a further £1100 for alterations which is absolutely ridiculous. For obvious reasons we did not get the dress but the owner is so rude and does not deserve business. the normal workers there are OKAY but the owner is horrible. STEER CLEAR OF THIS PLACE!!!! I dodged a bullet as many other reviews complain about receiving outfits late and different to what they described 😃

Disgusting, rude behaviour, do not know how to make clothes. Clothes don’t fit and are not willing to work around. One of the worst shops I’ve ever visited. Avoid like the plague.

Horrible Experience – Never Shopping Here Again!
Where do I even start? I have never written a review for any purchase, good or bad, in my life, but this experience was so horrific that I was left shaking with anger and even had to call the police.

What Happened
At the beginning of January, I ordered a gharara suit for my daughter’s nikkah, scheduled for delivery at the end of March. Everything seemed fine until I was told to collect my order.

When I arrived at the store, the sales assistant—a short-haired woman with a rude attitude—told me to go upstairs and wait. Once upstairs, she asked for my order number, retrieved the outfit, and handed it to me, saying, "This is yours."

The moment I saw it, I knew something was wrong. The suit was beige, but I had ordered white. I pointed it out, but she rudely insisted that I had received what I ordered. I showed her my receipt and even referenced their TikTok video that featured the suit I had chosen. I knew exactly what I had ordered because I had visited the store three times before deciding to purchase it for £450.

Her response? "That's what you ordered. The video shows the same one, but the lighting makes it look different."

I told her I was not blind—I could clearly see the difference between white and beige. Frustrated, I asked her if I were to show this suit to others in the shopping center, would they call it white? She admitted they would likely say it was beige. I then asked her to bring out the sample I had seen before purchasing, but she claimed it was gone.

There were two other customers in the shop, so I asked them what color they saw. They both said "off-gold," yet the sales assistant continued arguing that it was white. She then dismissed me, saying, "Take it and leave. I can't do anything."

The Situation Escalates
At this point, I lost my patience. I told her I wasn’t going to accept this and threatened to report the situation plus box her. She responded with more rudeness, so I called the police.

Over the phone, the officer asked why they weren’t offering me a refund if they had given me the wrong item. Meanwhile, the sales assistant ignored me and started serving other customers, still insisting that "the lighting" was to blame.

Then, another lady came in and asked what was wrong. Instead of resolving the issue, she sided with the sales assistant and claimed I was being difficult. This made me even more frustrated, and I started raising my voice at both of them.

The second woman then ordered me to leave, saying she was "getting scared." I told her, "Good, everything is being recorded!" She threatened to call the police, and I screamed back, "I’m already on the phone with them!"

At this point, the original sales assistant suddenly changed her story, saying, "Colors vary from time to time." I called her out, reminding her that she had just insisted the suit was white. The second woman quickly told her to stop talking.

The police told me to stay in the shop and not leave. After hanging up, I waited for them, but the two women disappeared. A while later, they returned with another suit—this time, in the correct color and size. But when I asked if it was mine, the second woman admitted it was someone else’s order.

Then, she suddenly changed her tone and said, "You're right, the colors are different. Cancel the police. I’ll give you two options—either a full refund of £450 or £100 off if you take this suit."

Since I had no time left to shop for another outfit, I agreed to take the suit. She then told me it needed alterations, as another customer had requested a backless design, but if I wanted it as is, she would deduct £50 instead.

After several frustrating discussions, I had no choice but to take the suit. I walked out of the shop feeling utterly disappointed and disturbed by the entire experience.

Final Thoughts
This ordeal left me shaken. I wish I had read reviews before spending such a large amount. If you value your money and sanity, DO NOT SHOP HERE unless you want to fight for what you paid for!

Imagine being a bride on your nikkah day just absolutely hating your outfit, looking back on pictures feeling so upset about the outfit, yep that was me!. My biggest regret is not doing enough research on this shop before purchasing from them. I agree with the other reviews that they at first sell you literal dreams! They’re so nice at first. They kept reassuring me that the measurements will be “Perfect” and that they will do their very best to give me the exact outfit. I got a rose gold Lengha with light pink embroidery and on the Mannequin the dress looked beautiful without a doubt . They told me that the tailor that will be making the dress “will always do their best to make sure the colour is accurate”. Firstly my dress came LATEEE literally the day before my nikkah!!! so even if I wanted to try it on and make any changes to it I couldn’t! And somehow it was my fault that the dress came late(they shift the blame on you somehow) , they told me I should have ordered much earlier even though there was more than enough time for the dress to be made and delivered. Communicating with them through WhatsApp/Call was such a hassle and the attitude they had towards my husband was also appalling. The dress arrived extremely baggy! it was wayy too big and made me look so bulky. I was told to just “pin the dress to make it fitted”. The embroidery that was “promised to be accurate” was dark brown which clashed really badly with the rose gold dress it was such a random detail that overpowered my outfit completely. I wouldn’t of minded a different shade of pink that was slightly similar to the light pink I saw but to make it a complete different colour just ruined everything.
When bringing up what I wasn’t happy about they were unnecessarily defensive, dismissive and rude. My husband tried to reach out to reason with them but of course EXACTLY what the other reviews mentioned they don’t respond and block you. As a bride I was honestly so angry with the way I was treated and I would NOT recommend this shop to anyone! Avoid this shop at all costs especially if your looking for an outfit for your big day
I never liked writing reviews and at first I wasn’t going to bother but the thought of what happened and looking back on pictures of the most important day of my life I had to come on here to warn people so they can avoid feeling down after this experience

I’ve had the worst experience with this store. I ordered a white nikkah dress from them and at first they were so nice. Helped me take my measurements. When the dress came in, it was beige. It didn’t look anything like what I had ordered. I reached out via instagram and WhatsApp. They said the item I received was white, not beige. When clearly you can tell it was beige. They refused to refund me. The refused to remake my dress. When I reached out to them via instagram they BLOCKED ME!! THIS STORE IS A SCAM. STAY AWAY. DO NOT GIVE THEM YOUR MONEY. I will be suing them.

I am a bride and ordered a bridal dress from here. At the start when I came they were so friendly and amazing and said everything could be adjusted, they sell you dreams and so much positivity - the dress came and was too long, I am only small and petite but the dress was very long, they told me the LENGTH could NOT be adjusted, they told me to wear higher heels - but it’s not about that, it’s about me being comfy on my big wedding day. The cut on the dress was also too low making my belly look bigger, but they said the cut could not be be brought up - basically nothing at all can be adjusted, their customer service is SO bad after you get your dress, I am so unhappy, they don’t do anything to be accomodating I also don’t like how the girl at the front said “we told you that height cannot be adjusted when you first came in” which was a complete lie. Don’t be like me and foolish enough to buy from a shop without reading any online reviews, as a bride they’ve caused me extreme stress for no reason. The dress was also nearly £2000. Please save your money and go to a company who can actually alter your dress and have good customer service, it’s not worth the stress as a bride. Such awful customer service from them. There’s no option to write google reviews against them, for a reason.

Be aware everyone!!! They are the worst bridal clothing shop in London. We ordered a very expensive dress for my wife for our Nikkah. They delivered it before the nikkah day but with so much complication. The dress they provided is a bit different design than we ordered which is fine but they changed the dress colour and ruined the dress size. Their tailoring is so poor and they have no idea how to measure the dress size. They made the dress very large from nowhere which was not the size we asked for. Later on, I tried to call them and I sent them messages but they did not respond to my calls and messages because they knew my number. They rode my message about the issue but they are not bothered. They are stealing people's money and they're earning Haram with dodgy business. Very bad experience.

This store should get shut down!!! DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE!!! I placed an order for a custom made dress. The dress was £350. You can imagine if your paying this much you will get great service. That is for from what you will be getting! I placed it early November. I wanted to be certain it will come before my event. Which they reassured me it will definitely be here even before that. They reassured me they will make it urgent. So it will be here 1week before the event. So I went along and paid in full for the dress. The week came to pick my dress up and they had no information. They still reassured me it will be here on the 23rd December latest. They do not pick up their phone. And when they do,they tell you they will call back. You will never receive a call from them they ignore your calls. I had to go in on the 24th December to ask what was going on as my event was on the 27th and I had no dress. They said alot of lies. Which didn't make sense. They didn't even apologise. And just moved on to serve other customer in the shop.I am now without a dress and have had such a stressful time. The customer service is appalling absolutely disgusting! The manager doesn't value customers. She is rude and even when doing the fitting was extremely rude and didn't care about what I wanted. I wish before I placed an order to have checked the reviews before hand. I definitely do not recommend this place. A waste of your time and money.

My friend ordered a custom-made dress from them, which they promised would be delivered by the required date. Trusting their assurance, we placed the order for £350. As the collection date approached, they kept delaying, blaming the delays on weather conditions in Pakistan.
We visited the shop a couple of days before the event, and they promised to deliver the dress by Friday, the 27th—three days later than the original promise of the 24th. Despite this, they failed to deliver and have since ignored all calls.
The manager is incredibly rude, not only to customers but also to their employees. This has been the worst service I have ever experienced. My friend is now left without an outfit for the wedding, which is completely unacceptable.
I’m not usually someone who writes reviews, but I felt compelled to warn others. Avoid this company at all costs—it’s simply not worth the hassle or disappointment.

I purchased a custom-made dress from this store, and the experience was extremely disappointing. During the fitting, I specifically requested a shorter length than what the staff member suggested. However, she insisted her recommended measurement would be perfect after tailoring. She even advised that it’s better to make it longer, as nothing can be done if it’s too short.

When I collected the dress, it was handed to me crumpled and creased in a plastic bag—unacceptable for something I paid £300 for. When I questioned this, the staff member claimed, “That’s how they all come.”

Upon trying it on, there were issues with the zip, and the creases made it impossible to assess the fit properly. When I brought this up, she told me to get it steam ironed at my own expense. With limited time, I reluctantly agreed and decided to pay for the ironing myself.

She then insisted I sign the receipt to confirm everything was fine. I explained that I wasn’t comfortable signing because I hadn’t properly checked the dress. She told me I couldn’t take the dress unless I signed, reassuring me that any issues could be resolved later. Under pressure, I signed.

After steam ironing, the dress turned out to be far too long—measuring 58 inches when my usual dress length is 54 inches. I called the store and spoke to the owner, who is a Pakistani lady, she dismissed my concerns outright. She blamed me, claiming the issue arose after steaming, even though steaming obviously doesn’t add length.

I tried to explain that her staff pressured me into signing the receipt, but she refused to take responsibility. She eventually hung up on me and ignored my subsequent calls. When a friend tried to mediate, the owner was rude, dismissive, and outright refused to address the issue.

This has been one of the worst customer service experiences I’ve ever had. The owner and her staff were deceitful, dishonest, and completely unprofessional. My advice: avoid this shop at all costs. Save your money and spare yourself the frustration.

DO NOT SHOP here save your money and spend it elsewhere! The staff are extremely rude and have zero customer service skills. My friend Bought an outfit that wasn’t cheap, they gave it to her creased and needed alterations they were so rude and didn’t even want to hear her out! They just slammed the phone down! Despicable service and I pray that no one buys from them, save your money and go elsewhere! Zero respect and going by the reviews they should be out of business very soon

Please please please stay away from this shop! The shop owner ( Pakistani aggressive woman in hijab ) started throwing racist abuse us at today and made the potential bride cry! All because she wanted to try on a second dress, she was extremely aggressive and wouldn’t let her try on the second dress only because “it’s her shop and she will do whatever she wants” I can’t believe a shop owner can be that rude or aggressive. Please don’t deal with customers if you will treat people in this way.

Do not order anything from this shop!! Save yourself the hassle. Very rude, unhelpful staff, took all our money but can’t accommodate anything they promised! Ordered wrong sizes, fake promises. I will be reporting this to trading standards.

Rude staff, never buying from here. They thought we don’t speak their language and the lady in the scarf on Sunday was telling her colleague off for helping us as we are Bengali. So racist! She didn’t help us or acknowledge us at all! Stay away from this shop!

Their Colour chart only uses threads and is so misleading- the dress doesn’t turn out the same as the colour picked!! Surely for such an huge business they can get sample cloths so we suggested that to them but they said it was ‘too difficult’- makes no sense! Also staff are not accommodating and pushed the dress- a WEDDING dress to us which they made in the wrong colour- ushering us out of the shop, refusing to help us! Bride was very upset especially with how much we paid and waited for the dress- it was too late to get a replacement! Also had we seen a preview it would have been very helpful but their communication is poor!

The worst customer service I have ever faced in my life. Very pushy in selling clothes. I bought two dresses and wanted my sisters to get a different colour. They were off the shelf and just wanted to change the color but they refused to allow us to change the color. Don’t pick up my calls and refused me at the store.

The material is not even great, threads already and very low quality.

I had a horrible experience earlier today. The shop owners were ridiculously rude, aggressive and nasty in the way they behaved. Their customer service is made up of lies and is unique in the way that they deal with queries. We were asking for an idea about different colours and any samples. The my showed us thread but we asked if they had any sample pieces. They did not have any samples and wanted you to select from small pieces of thread. The way they responded to these questions was disgusting and I definitely will not be going anywhere near them again.
Their service sets a record low, and the arrogance and attitude of the male and female owners is just sick.
