Good quality transcriptions & friendly, professional, and responsive service

Have used BTS for a couple of years, they have always been extremely reliable, responsive and friendly. The transcriptions are very accurate and I have confidence in their data security. I would thoroughly recommend them to anyone.

I’ve worked for a number of transcription agencies, and BTS is the first one to send me clear instructions, supporting information and background to the discussions to help me to complete the task to the best of my ability. It’s really appreciated.

Since 2018, I have collaborated with the Bristol Transcription Services for transcribing interview materials in versatile format from individual to group base. Even though the interview recording is cut-off into 2-3 parts due to interruption, the team still able to provide one holistic transcript for me.

The team at BTS provides high quality and professional transcriptions, and they also offer timely responses whenever I have queries.

Additionally, the BTS team upholds high standards to protect the confidentiality of the uploaded and downloaded materials through a secure portal. The secure portal is easy and reliable to use.

I have no hesitation in recommending their services to others who require transcriptions.

Very high quality, professional transcription service - would highly recommend. Timely, attentive to detail and very helpful with uploading.

Bristol Transcription Services provides an excellent service overall. The transcripts are accurate, the turnaround time is precise and the pricing is honest. They also offer excellent costumer support if you have any questions or you made any mistakes uploading the recordings. When you are new with Bristol Transcription Services they will call you to make sure they can tailor transcription style and turnaround time to you needs. They often answer emails on the same day (and always on the next one), and they reply even on Saturdays. Overall, this makes for a great costumer support.
