Professional and efficient
Professional and efficient
The video survey was very convenient and the surveyor asked good questions. I saw the van once it was fully packed and the surveyor had estimated it perfectly.
The removal guys arrived on time and after quickly surveying our goods set to work loading the truck. In just about 2 and half hours the van was safely loaded and they were ready to move.
We met them at the new property where we had a long wait before we could collect the new keys, the chaps were perfectly happy to wait, and again, as soon as we had access they set about their task smoothly and quickly.
Everything was moved safely and without damage, and the furniture they had to disassemble and reassemble was all done with the minimum of fuss.
Would be happy to recommend Britmove to anyone looking for a reliable, professional removal service.

Great moving experience
Communication in the run-up to the move was brilliant, and the team were understanding to our financial constraints and managed to adjust the quote to come closer to our budget. The guys who moved us were fab - on time and literally didn't stop the whole time! Would use again

Excellent service from the team
We recently used Britmove to move house from Cambridgeshire to Lincolnshire. Our online survey was carried out and then we received and discussed the quote and arrangements with Bianca, who was extremely helpful and organised everything for us. Moving day came and the team turned up on time and worked very hard to load and unload all our furniture and belongings, including dismantling and reassembly of a number of items of furniture. The two guys arrived exactly to time…
The two guys arrived exactly to time and were polite and eager to please. They had the mammoth task of carrying my father-in-laws furniture and other belongings down one flight of stairs and then up two flights to his new flat. They did not complain but got on with it efficiently and everything arrived in perfect condition. The next time I organise a move I will definitely use Britmove again as the service was perfect and they gave the most competitive quote.

Great removal company
Im not someone who writes reviews but Britmove is an exception.The team that moved us from a two bed house to a 3 bed house were very polite and got the job done quickly and not like other companies who we’ve used in the past, they did not damage anything .I was actually impressed with the equipment they used to protect our stuff.I was very impressed with the service.Highly recommended!!!

Very professional
Very professional. I had to move the following week and it was a bit stressful getting quotes until I got to Britmove. Great service, very helpful and that's not everything. They were very fast and smooth with the removal job. Can defitenely recommend and will be opting in for the service in the future.

I would recommend any time
I would recommend this company any time. They kept me informed and were on time and for both pick up and delivery to new address. Both were friendy and polite and very helpful.Price was very competitive as we only had a few items to move and they took great care of the items.
