Took the Brivelle metal detector to the beach and it's amazing how many coins we found! It's user-friendly, though the handle feels a bit flimsy. All in all, a fun product.

Absolutely in love with Brivelle's pram! It’s so easy to fold and has plenty of storage space. Only issue I faced was the brake was a bit sticky initially, but after a few uses, it's fine now.

I ordered a sleep apnea machine from this company costing close to £560. It is now over three weeks later and nothing has arrived. Their tracking is completely fraudulant and is not connected to any delivery process at all. Their advertised address is a mail forwarding post box in Covent Garden, Their phone is a Skype number withvthe main purpose bring to hide the originating country. Companies House show all directors and secretary having one name and that being a Moroccan National domiciled in Turkey. Needless to say the company is refusing to engage with me and I have had to stop payment on my credit card to gain a partial refund (I am still £180 out of pocket).
In short everything about this company is not as they present themselves (even their name is calculated to ape Breville). Be very cautious about dealing with them, particularly if your order is for a large sum.
I can say that at worst these people are scammers, and at best the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced.

I purchased a portable 3 ltre oxygen concentrator and Audrey E guided me through the purchase with great patience. The purchase price was very competitive, especially as I was given a further £20 discount. My bank has created some new security protocols so a first -time purchase was very complicated. Audrey E provided me with Brivelle Ltd's bank details so that I could make a bank transfer. It was a much easier transaction, thanks to her excellent and patient assistance. I shall definitely be making more purchases from Brivelle. additional info: The order was made on 5/7/23 and was delivered on 6/7/23, excellently packaged and in top condition, well ahead of schedule. Thank you Brivelle staff.

I dont normally write reviews but felt compelled on this occaision....I ordered an expensive piece of respiratory equipment (£569 ! )... Having not received a despatch email after 4 days I became suspicious and then came across these terrible reviews. Too late for me ....and I expected the worse.... Day 5 I received despatch notification but again based on the reviews I wasnt holding my breath... 8 working days from order my package arrived !! ... I am pleased to report the item arrived well packed and is of extremely high quality with clear instructions and works well.... So for someone expecting to have been scammed I have to report I am delighted with my product and Brivelle delivered within the quoted 8-10 days ...

I went to buy from this company and thankfully came here first. I looked up the address that this company lists and ZERO comes up on google. They appear to be lying about the address and having seen the reviews, this company is clearly dodgy. How dare companies like this try to scam people in poor health.

The most important thing for me was when an issue there is regarding shipping and delivery, there was a fast response and genuine intent to resolve the issue. The article fulfills the expectation. Congratulations and thank you.

We ordered an oxygnator on 20th October delivered on 22th October, we did not know how to use but the helpline was supportive thank you guys

Diabolical. I bought a heated shawl, it's terrible quality and I want to return it. Nobody answers the phone on numerous attempts and I only had one reply to an email but as soon as I said I want a return they have gone silent. AVOID AT ALL COSTS. Days have passed now and I've heard nothing despite repeated requests about how to return my item.
