So far everything has been going ok I guess. My only negative and the reason for not giving 5 stars would be that it seems to be taking longer than I thought to settle my accounts. I have had one account settled since joining 6 months ago. I mean maybe it does take a while but I guess my expectations were higher. But as far as account management and communication, that has all been fine with no issues.

They could do a better job at communication
They could do a better job at communicating and responding to client's emails and concerns in the portal. I have a creditor who accepted the settlement offer and they are being paid, but still reporting me late. I thought what was presented to me was that would stop after the plan was accepted.

PayPal & Apple
I'm being hounded by PayPal (it's only the account with the highest amount). I use the cash card and the really small amount which is up to date. I told them I'm in a debt consolidation but they haven't heard from you. Same with Apple Card. They told me they are willing to settle and for you to call them. Do you send out written statements, monthly or quarterly, so I know what's going on with remaining balances? I can't remember who settled already and the amount. My vision is getting worse so I rather have paper, if possible. I am sick of being hounded by the above companies.
