I used a large solicitor/estate agent for my house sale and purchase. Brown and Co. were vendors estate agent and from start to completion day (a last-minute stand-off between the two sets of solicitors) Chris was the most communicative and reliable person I dealt with. You expect glitches but if you feel you can trust who you’re dealing with it makes all the difference.
