I had my lessons with Maurice, a patient, relaxed and very knowledgeable instructor! Thanks to him I recently passed my test, I can highly recommend Maurice if you are looking for an instructor in Lichfield and the surrounding areas.

The BSM site is also very easy to use and made booking lessons very quick and effortless, overall I'm really happy with BSM and my instructor!

I had my lessons with Sheriff. A great instructor with a lot of knowledge and patience. Made his schedule work to match mine as I wasn’t always easily available to have lessons. Passed my test yesterday. Couldn’t recommend more!

Great experience for pre-test preparation. My son had a 2 hour session with Andy Nutt in Chichester, who helped tremendously with route awareness and picking up on a few points his other instructor had missed. Andy is highly recommended!

I had a really good experience with my instructor John Bolton. He is very calm and clear with his instructions, helping me to progress quickly and pass first time. Very punctual and reliable, would definitely recommend.

Passed last month in February and had a great experience with my instructor, Damir Vujevic. He was very patient and helpful in helping me practice what I was struggling with the most. Thanks, Damir!

Had lessons since September and it was a great since the start, had 2 hours a lesson, 2 times a week. Started slow and built confidence. Very happy!

My lessons was with Daniel Bradley, he was very patient and great at explaining things. He also thought I was ready for my test before I thought I was, but he was right and I have passed.

My 17 year old son’s experience with a BSM instructor…
10 hours booked and paid for. First 2 hour lesson involving 1 minutes driving only. Spent an hour sat behind the wheel, turned engine on and off a couple of times and then drove 200m in first gear.
Second lesson… cancelled by the instructor 3 hours prior to the lesson..
Third lesson… cancelled by the instructor 70 minutes prior to lesson time.
By the time the fourth lesson comes around it will be a month since sitting behind the wheel and driving 200m in first gear.
It’s just not professional.

Update: after raising the issue via BSMs complaint bot, there was a very inadequate response from BSM. They refused to speak to me, the parent of a 17 year old ASD student, offered an apology from the instructor and then failed to respond to his return call, despite it being at the appropriate time. In 1 month, 3 attempted lessons and £.. spent my child has driven in first gear for about 200metres.
Still not professional, BSM.

Matt From Burgess Hill / Haywards heath and the AA driving school was extremely helpful in me passing first time . Very good feedback with lessons structured to my own needs . Also very great with helping with test nerves and confidence which I was very appreciative of . I’d thoroughly recommend Matt who is a great instructor but also a very nice and patient guy and really catered to my individual needs .

I recently passed with my instructor as Matt Richardson. He was very calm when pointing out mistakes and we resolved them quickly.

I passed my practical driving test first time with only one minor. I believe i did so well because of my instructor, Matt Richardson with the AA in Burgess Hill. He is a very nice man and a great instructor. I wouldn’t recommend anyone else

Had a positive experience learning to drive with BSM, my instructor Daniel Bradley was amazing and taught me everything I needed to know to help me pass my test and be a safe driver. I passed my test first time and he also taught my brother, who also passed first time. Highly recommended.

I started learning almost one year ago, to prepare for my two practical tests. After booking in a test for the summer. I booked in with Matt in Burgess Hill, for a test in the area.

Matt's instruction was fantastic, and constantly focused on developing skills and progressing weak points. Very personable and always calm and friendly.

I highly recommend.

Just passed today with the best teacher Farzam Ashouri, since the very first lesson he’s always been very calm he trusts you as a driver and helps when needed, has patience and has made my experience and learning in driving very enjoyable, resulting in me to pass first time

Khelifa Aichoun is just the best. So patient, well educated, funny, tailored, and just all round the ideal coach. He made sure every bad habit was eliminated from my driving and replaced with the most constructive and useful techniques, which led to my pass at Greenford test centre with only 3 minors! Highly recommend.

I passed my driving test today on the first attempt and I truly couldn’t have done it without Travis Joseph.From the beginning, I put all my trust in him, and he never let me down. He genuinely wanted me to pass and worked hard to make sure I felt confident, calm, and fully prepared before the test. He is incredibly patient and supportive, and his guidance made a huge difference to my confidence.If you want the best instructor, this is the one. I enjoyed every lesson with him.

I recently passed with Lewis Atkins and honestly couldn’t recommend him enough. Really patient, calm and explains things in a way that actually makes sense. He built my confidence up loads and always gave honest and helpful feedback. Passed my test and couldn’t have done it without him. Would 100% recommend!

I had a couple of lessons with Mr Baqir to prepare me for my test which was coming up in a couple of weeks. He was a very supportive, understanding and thoughtful driving instructor. He build my confidence and gave me the necessary skills needed to prepare me for my test. I passed my driving test (first attempt) with him at slough test centre.
I will definitely recommend him if you are a new learner or looking to build your knowledge, confidence and skills in driving.
