vielen Dank für Ihr Feedback. Es tut uns sehr leid zu hören, dass Sie mit dem Zustand der erhaltenen Schallplatte unzufrieden sind und keine Rückmeldung auf Ihre Anfrage erhalten haben.

Das entspricht keinesfalls unserem Anspruch an Qualität und Kundenservice. Selbstverständlich sollen Reklamationen bei uns unkompliziert und zuverlässig bearbeitet werden.

Wir bedauern sehr, dass Sie offenbar keine Antwort von uns erhalten haben. Dies kann in Einzelfällen durch technische Probleme oder ein hohes Anfrageaufkommen passieren, sollte jedoch nicht vorkommen.
