My PT recommended Bulk Nutrients when I was looking for a high-quality protein, and I’m so glad I gave it a try.

This is now my second order because I’ve been really happy with the products. The taste is great, it mixes well, and it doesn’t have an overly sweet or artificial flavour. I also tried the Protein Water, and I absolutely enjoyed it. It’s light, refreshing, and a perfect option when I want extra protein without having a creamy shake.

The quality and value for money have been excellent, and the ordering process has been easy. I’ll definitely be ordering again and would highly recommend Bulk Nutrients to anyone looking for a reliable protein brand.

Sadly I bought these in bulk because I thought it'd be much more economical for me & I'm honestly not a fussy eater 🤷🏾‍♀️ but these protein pancakes are terrible in texture & in taste!!! 🤢 They were extremely thick & very dry as well as having a weird grainy like texture & they also had a weird off putting taste & even smell bad too!!! 😞 I tried to mix some with milk & added an egg & a little margarine to the batter to see if it'd help a bit? 🤔 But unfortunately it didn't improve them at all & they still are extremely dry & too thick & taste horrible!!! 😭 They are inedible & sadly BN won't provide a return shipping label so I have to pay to return them 😔 so beware!!! 🤢⚠️😳🛑🤯💯

Note: I bought both flavours & both were absolutely disgusting 🤢🤮😓 & my reviews are still pending on their website so it looks like they may not allow them to be published on their site because they wouldn't want you to know how horrible these pancakes really are & what a bad experience I had dealing with them!!! 😔 - I had to pay to return all the unused packs of them & now I'm still waiting for a refund 🤦🏾‍♀️ but it's shocking how they told me I am responsible to pay to return this joke of a product because I changed my mind 🙄 but honestly I can't eat them without feeling sick!!! 🤮🤢😭 So I had to pay more just to return these awful protein pancakes 🤢🥞 back to them!!! 🤦🏾‍♀️😔

Be careful because they will blame you for not wanting to consume these awful tasting products 🤢 which I think are inedible for anyone who has working tastebuds!!! 🥺

Delivery was never dispatched and their bots shut the conversation down and remove the box to type into when you ask to speak to a human/agent.

Instead of dealing with the issue Bulk cancelled the order. Very frustrating!

Absolute rip-off! Insane price hikes for cheap ingredients. I am extremely disappointed with this company. Over the last two years, they have raised the price of a 1kg bag of protein from $40 all the way to $66. That is pure greed. Worst of all, $16 of that increase happened in just the last six months alone. They are completely ripping off their loyal customers. Do not let them blame inflation for this. This massive price jump is way higher than normal inflation rates. To make matters worse, the quality does not justify the high price at all. This is not a premium, grass-fed Australian product. Instead, the ingredients are sourced from China. Paying $66 for cheap ingredients is insane. I highly recommend staying away from this greedy company and their Chinese-made protein. Save your money and buy from a brand that actually cares about its customers and uses high-quality ingredients & Better Price

I have been a loyal Bulk Nutrients customer since 2016 and have recommended your products to friends, family, and training partners over the years. One of the key reasons I remained a customer for so long was the balance between quality and affordability. Unfortunately, that balance appears to be disappearing.

Over the past decade I have watched prices steadily increase, and while I understand that businesses face rising costs, an $11 increase in a single jump is extremely difficult to justify from a customer’s perspective. Loyal customers have continued supporting Bulk Nutrients through numerous price rises because we believed the company still represented good value. This latest increase feels like a step too far.

The supplement industry is more competitive than ever, with countless alternatives available. Long-term customers like myself are not only comparing product quality anymore—we are comparing value. When prices continue to rise at this rate, it becomes increasingly difficult to remain loyal when competitors are offering comparable products at more attractive prices.

What is most disappointing is that loyal customers seem to be bearing the burden of these increases. After supporting the company for nearly 10 years, I expected more consideration for the customers who helped build the brand into what it is today. Customer loyalty should be rewarded, not tested.

This price increase has genuinely caused me to reconsider future purchases from Bulk Nutrients. I hope management takes the feedback from long-term customers seriously because once loyal customers begin looking elsewhere, winning them back is often far more difficult than retaining them in the first place.

I urge Bulk Nutrients to reconsider this increase or at least provide a clearer justification for why such a significant rise was necessary. At present, it feels disconnected from the value that originally made Bulk Nutrients stand out from the competition.

I live in NSW and always receive my order in 1-2 days! Their products are high quality and very affordable with an awesome flavor range. I couldn't recommend them more!

Love Bulk Nutrients! Especially their Whey Protein Isolate with natural sweeteners. Flavours are yummy and they mix in really well to shakes and cooked porridge. I also use them in baked oats recipes as well. They are so easy to deal with and delivery is amazingly fast.

Been buying these products for over 6 years. In that time protein price has increased 230%. This is not in line with the rest of the industry and is simply a slap in the face to long term customers. If I am going to pay premium prices I am going to choose a more refined premium product moving forward. Done with these guys

The quality of the supplements is second to none. I have purchased from many companies over the years but the last 2 years of dealing with Bulk Nutrients has proven to be the best in both quality and service.
Delivery time has been phenomenally fast and without product loss as its packed properly
Simply, I trust them and in a market flooded with fake or poorly made products that is gold

It might be a combination of good service and timing, but I purchased some products from this crew, and my shipment arrived (three states away) by lunch time the next day. It's my first time purchasing, but if this keeps up, I'll add to my recommendation of what appear to be already very quality products. Thanks guys!

best suplements i have found/had

The product is cheap, and priced well, below other protein powders on the market. That is what happens when you cut out the retail middle-man!!

Yet the quality is objectively superior to every other protein powder that is sold in "nutrition" and sports stores in those large tubs.
Just compare the 100g protein levels between products, and compare the MUCH LOWER sugar level in Bulk Nutrients.

I've done bodybuilding for over 27 years, and I say that Bulk Nutrients are the BEST overall protein powder (factoring in price) on the market today.
Sure, some specialized protein powders may be 'better' but at a grossly higher price.

Certainly, bang-for-buck, they are the best out there.

The only issue I had was the 'points' system: I never seem to be able to use/redeem my discount 'points' when I order and it's a mystery to me how this works - that needs some work.

Look, I would be the first to point-out if someone wasn't good value, or service was poor.
I think the 1-star reviews are bogus fakes by rivals.
I wrote a review on DJ City Dandenong South about Neumann KH-120 mkii Studio Monitors - very popular review for which I've had feedback [I think it was on a different site, though].

I've bought BN products for many years and NEVER had a single problem. It seems that negative reviews focus on 'delivery', which is AUS-Post related and not BN.
You can check a box to choose 'signature on delivery' - that solves any delivery issue.

There is no problem here, just the best value on the market I can find.

First and last order with Bulk Nutrients.
Parcel was delivered to the wrong house number. When I contacted them, I was immediately blamed and told it was my fault—no investigation, no help, no accountability.
Luckily, my neighbours were honest and returned it. When I followed up to raise concerns about how it was handled, I was met with dismissive and unprofessional responses (“we’re not going to agree,” “going in circles”).
Mistakes happen. Poor attitude and zero customer care don’t.
Won’t be ordering again.

I had a very disappointing experience with the Bulk Nutrients. My order was mishandled during shipping and never reached me, which is already frustrating on its own. What made things worse was the lack of support from customer service.

I reached out multiple times for help, but the responses were either delayed, unhelpful, or completely dismissive. There was no clear effort to investigate the issue or offer a replacement or refund in a timely manner.

For a company selling health and fitness products, reliability and customer care should be a priority—but unfortunately, that wasn’t my experience. I wouldn’t recommend this provider based on how poorly this situation was handled.
