Poor communications from new shipping company

I've been a long term customer.
Australia Post delivered in 1 to 2 days in the past but the new carrier advised they will take a minimum of 7 days to deliver to me even though I am less than 10km from the warehouse.
Then I get another notification that it was on-board for delivery.
Aust Post were reliable and there notifications are accurate. Please go back to them.
Not impressed with the price rises this year.

My delivery experience was not great

My delivery experience was not that great this time. We absolutely love the premium way vanilla and chocolate but the delivery had us missing items for the second time.. I emailed Shai in customer support and they were quick to respond which was amazing for our missing product and tampered box. Although I was offered my replacement, I’m not sure that was enough to place another order, considering this was the second time I’ve had issues with deliveries.

VPA - Service down, prices up! - updated.

I have used VPA for years, heck back in NZ I was even a brand ambassador before moving to Aus. Recently the protein price has jumped drastically and the other day I spent 200+ dollars to buy more and it hasn't turned up. It's been sat in a depot for days 20 minutes from me. I have contacted them and even though I have spent 1000s and 1000s of dollars and also promoted them they have simply ignored me. The protein tastes good but now it's the same price as named brands I'll be swapping to something nicer where they actually offer support and care if your parcel has gone missing. Absolute tragedy. I bet they notice this review and act all nice offering help on here. Too little too late. Buyer beware. - EDIT in response to the below - It spent almost 7 days sitting 20 minutes from my house. I messaged your website support TWICE in that time. I even asked for a full refund and you could get your package back. You ignored both. You didn't even acknowlegde me and you sit there waiting for it to hopefully arrive. You can control the courier because YOU decide which service to use and obviously you chose the very cheapest despite putting up your prices and the fact I spend 2-400 every few months. I checked the parcel companies reviews on here "DaiPost" and they are ALL bad. You either did no research or you chose to risk it for cost. Either way you've lost a very long term customer. Almost 7 days to get 20 minutes. Insane.

Poor customer service

When you actually receive the products you ordered they are fine. With my past 3 orders there has been a problem every time. Split packaging, orders not turning up and incorrect items being sent. After years of faultless service VPA has dropped its standards.

Waited 5 weeks for products to arrive

Waited 5 weeks for products to arrive. Sent an email after 2 weeks and one of 6 products was eventually sent. I emailed again and then the 5 remaining products were sent. On arrival one product was not what I ordered and another product did not arrive.

Not worth it

This product is good and was value for money. There recent price changes are ridiculous and daylight robbery!! It has literally doubled in the past year - far more than supply costs and inflation.
Dodgy and untrustworthy, I’m leaving for another brand after 7 years of loyalty.

Customer Support does their job…

Customer Support does their job well,initially had an issue with one of my orders,but quickly got a response and they resent the package in a reasonable time frame,so far packages always arrive in perfect condition and hope that will stay the same always.Maybe fold the invoice I guess,cause it always gets squashed up when its open,idk

Great tasting WPI

I have used VPA for about 5 years. The WPI protein powder tastes amazing, and there is a great range of flavours. Dark chocolate is my favourite. I have tried other brands of powder, but VPA is the best. The supplements are okay, but I usually purchase those elsewhere. Orders are delivered fast.
