Burcham Car Sourcing Avaliações

Excellent service from Ross and Francesca. Such a pleasant transaction and very professional all the way through.
Would definitely recommend Ross and his team to friends and family.

Buying a car can be a slog. Disinterested dealerships, staff with no knowledge of or interest in the cars they sell, waiting times for build slots. You're likely to spend more time talking about finance options than about the car.
Not with Burcham. Ross is a truly lovely person with a passion for cars. He genuinely wanted to make sure that everything was perfect. His attention to detail meant that I got exactly the car I wanted without the wait time or hassle of a main-dealer "experience".
I was an unusual customer in that I purchased a car from stock (Burcham normally sources to order) but the speed, efficiency and quality of service meant that from initial enquiry to driving away took less than 3 days!
I'm a very happy customer now with a wonderful new car that's exactly what I wanted.

This was a genuinely first class purchasing experience working with the Burcham team to source a superb vehicle. If you want to work with a real professional who knows your future car better than any manufacturers dealership sales team , then i highly recommend Ross Burcham to source your next car .

The team were super helpful and always kept me well informed. The process was hassle free and was quickly actioned with ease. Would definitely recommend to family and friends!

We cannot rate the guys enough, such a pleasure to work with, they made the whole process easy and enjoyable!

They help move on our old car and have delivered us a fab replacement!

A professional service from start to finish

Ross and Fran were brilliant 10/10 got us a great price for our old car and scoured the market to get us a brilliant new car at a great price 👍🏻thanks again guys

Great result, great service. Recommended.

I tasked Ross with finding the perfect car
We waited 6months and the wait was certainly worth it
Everything is perfect. We never imagined we would find the exact spec
Thankyou

From initial contact until the delivery of the car the whole process was made simple. Once the specification of what we wanted was agreed, with feedback on what was and wasn't likely to be a sticking point, sourcing the car we wanted was underway. Further discussion along the way meant our expectations were managed. Excellent service with a personal touch

Buying a car from Burcham was definitely my favourite car purchase experience to date, and I would highly recommend and use your services again.

I've used Ross and the team several times over more than a decade and it's always a pleasure. Removes the hassle and increases the joy of every car purchase.

Wow what a service from Ross and Team Burcham! This has been a real first for me allowing someone into my world of buying cars but I felt a requirement when spending a lump of the kids inherence! Ross didn’t disappoint. Sharing similar traits of perfection and a hint of OCD with a fellow petrolhead was a revelation😃👏

The team at Burcham provided a service beyond expectations. I’ve never previously considered using a car finding service but they came well recommended. The whole process was very professional and they dealt with every aspect of the process in a timely manner. I ended up with exactly the car I wanted at a good price and all the hassle was taken out by Burcham. Including dealing with my part exchange. I would highly recommend this company and will do so to my friends.

Could not recommend Ross and his team enough. Everything was seamless.

Ross and the team provided a faultless experience when purchasing a very tidy and well presented Golf R.

From my initial enquiry to collection day, the service and communication was excellent. As described, the car was perfect and immaculate on collection and Ross was very welcoming making the whole process really enjoyable.

Looking forward to the next car

Ross and his crew found me the ideal car .
Connor picked me up from the train station , connected my phone to the car , strapped in the flowers and pointed me in the right direction home .
Excellent service

The team at BCS are the best. My experience was relaxed and friendly with everyone on the team helping the purchase of my car go totally smoothly. In fact it turned into a great day out with no stress.
Would I use BCS again? ABSOLUTELY 😀

When moving back to the UK there were a thousand and one things to sort out. Ross and the team ensured that deciding on, finding, buying and delivering a car were all done by the time we arrived. Ross helped narrow our choices and sourced a great car. Having it delivered to the port for us to get straight in to and drive to our new house was fantastic. And having the kids’ car seats ready to install was ideal. Very happy with the service, will use again and would recommend. Thanks to the whole Burcham Team.
