After being a satisfied customer for several years an order placed in Sept 2023 that has since been cancelled is yet to be refunded. Email correspondence is canned. Do not bother buying from this site. They have zero integrity.

I would leave a “no star” if possible. I’ve been waiting since January for an $88 refund on a holiday item out of stock. Multiple messages that my refund request is with finance team. Many excuses. Any buyer should be aware because this was a simple refund for no product. If anyone has issues with already shipped products, this team cannot handle customer service needs at all. Find another source.
UPDATE April 10–trustpilot’s contact with Burke led to another apology from them. New info is they can not do refunds to credit cards. PayPal, Zelle, Venmo, ACH etc only. I provided my option. Response is the same: sent to team for processing. I am not at all assured this is really going to be processed. Recommending: do NOT trust this company and if you have refunds due, keep escalating. Ohio Attorney General is an option some are planning.

I ordered an umbrella for my nieces birthday and it didn’t come after a month so I requested a refund and they still haven’t processed it and even though they said that they would in 5 days is still hasn’t happened so I’ve emailed many times and nothings changed..They robbed me!!!!! DO NOT BUY FROM HERE

If I could give a -10 I would! I ordered something in January and didn’t get so canceled and asked for refund. They said they would do it after multiple emails (because u can’t call anyone) it’s March 20th now and after at least 20 or more emails I still have no refund and I always get same automated response. SCAMMERS! Would sue to get my money if it had been a higher purchase. A freaking JOKE of a company. They steal your money!!!

this place ain’t even one star. they are -5 stars on god. said i was gonna get a vinyl player in 3-5 business days in January. it’s fing mid MARCH. i email them and they keep saying that it will come February then april. f is wrong with this buisness. swear to god if they don’t go out of business ima make some mf calls and take their b ass outta damn buisness. they ain’t even selling vinyl players anymore so why would they ship this one. i do not have faith in this place and u shouldn’t either. ima make their dumbasses go broke.

I got in contact with Burke Decors as interior designer, as we have purchased from them 2x Accord Wall Sconces to be used in one the project my company was working on (order 759104).
The items were purchased on the 13/04/22. Items were listed in stock. Magically after purchasing the lead time was moved to August 2022, and then moved to December 2022. In October 2022 we have
decided then to cancel our order.
On the 23rd October they stated via e-mail that "order has been canceled and confirmed. Please allow 7-14 business days for the refund to reflect on your end (Signed by Jessica).
At the date of today, 6 month after this email and numerous emails from my end, we still did not receive any refunds.
For anyone, private client or professionals, STAY AWAY from this company.
I should have checked the reviews before giving trust to this business, but at least is a lesson for the future.

This company doesn’t deserve 1 star. They delivered my order to the wrong address and is impossible to speak to anyone. No one responds to Instagram, Facebook phone or email. I did get something saying that my Delivery is in transit, but literally no one will return emails. I’m not even sure it’s going to the correct place. Never again! The worst customer service ever!!!’

Orders mid December 2023, 'stock' items aren't really stock so order was canceled late January 2024. After 10+ emails, many more messages and calls. It is now Mid March 2024 and they are withholding my money. Every emails says it was refunded. Stay very far away from this scam site.

One star is generous. I have never encountered such terrible service. Order was delayed three times (worth mentioning that I initiated every email) and eventually requested refund. So far they have not returned the payment. I have emailed relentlessly, called the number several times (guess the holiday season is still crazy in March), and utilized their chat service to no avail whatsoever. At what point does this company cross the line from abysmal service to fraudulent practices? Recourse is beyond frustrating.

I’d give 0 stars if I could. Ordered a bed in September 2023. Never arrived. Unable to reach customer service. No response to
Emails. Generic vm stating: “due to holiday shopping they are behind in responding to calls.” It’s March 2024. Only found order bc I found the carrier info in small print on tracking receipt. Quick google search and found a number for RPM carrier, who found bed in their warehouse and was able to schedule delivery within 2 weeks. Bed was just delivered (only bc if my efforts) and it is missing parts/ screws needed to put together. A search of this company and you will find countless poor reviews and similar experiences. 4/10/24: In reference to BD’s message reply below, only after making a claim with the Better Business Bureau did a rep for the company email me to correct this issue. Yes, parts were delivered. However, they were delivered with no instructions to put the bed together nor did the delivery company (white glove service to put bed together included in price of bed) contact me to come back out to put bed together. My husband and I did it ourselves with no instructions. My original review stands. Poor customer service. You should not need to place a claim with BBB to get a reply or help.

As others have stated, this is a scam company that is likely going under, and this likely explains why no one has received their items or refund. I too, am waiting on a refund SINCE AUGUST 2023. It is now March 2024. Do not order from this company, you will not get your items nor your money back. No one picks up the phone, I've been calling since Aug. I've sent numerous emails, I get a response maybe once a month with some other excuse "our financial system changed thats why you didn't get your refund, here fill out this form" and then "our financial dept is working on it, we are busy due to the holidays" then "you should have received your refund" ---when asked for proof, they sent a poorly doctored Shopify Plus receipt with no account number, no trace ID number, basically no identifiable information that is proof that they sent the money. Of course my bank confirmed that no deposit attempt was ever made. And, as expected, they have not responded to my multiples emails in over a month after confronting them with this. Total silence. They over me over $600. This company is a scam, stay away.

I wish I had read these reviews before falling into the same trap. In stock item ordered, never shipped, canceled order, refund never received. No phone number, only email that takes days to receive a response. Complete sham. For anyone reading this review please find your item somewhere else!

Do not give BD your money!

I ordered wallpaper samples and only 3 out of 20 samples arrived. After two weeks of trying to get tracking or cancel my order they finally "said" they would cancel my order and refund me within 14 business.

It has been well over 25 business days and no refund. They do not reply to emails or chats or voicemails.

I'm getting random responses on Instagram and each time getting a different story each time about "the finance team."

BURKE DECOR - if you are reading this, I would appreciate my refund.

I ordered from Burke Decor in August of 2023 and after initial order confirmation never heard from them again, even though the product said it was available. In September I reached out and they said my shipment was postponed til October, October came and went and I received nothing. They then said December. Same thing. Finally in January I asked to cancel and receive a refund (I had already been charged back in August). They asked for my banking details or said they would send a check - out of caution I asked for the check. The check never came. I email them once every few weeks and they tell me that I'll get reimbursed in 4-6 days, but it never happens. I finally reported them to the FTC and am opening a dispute with my credit card company.
I would avoid this company at all costs. They don't sell any thing you can't find elsewhere.

****DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING ONLINE FROM THIS COMPANY!!! If so, and you decide to return it, you will not receive your refund! I cancelled a backordered order I placed and they received my request on 1/5/24 and I received an automated email confirming this and a message saying I should receive my refund in 15 business days. It is now 3/11/24 and I have not received anything! No responses to my emails and the phone number listed for them just has an automated message saying they will return your call. I even opened a case with the BBB but they ended up closing it bc they wouldn’t respond to them either! This is a FRAUD AND CROOK of a company!!!!

Scam, kept putting me off and nothing in my order ever shipped. Now cancelling on my cc....ugh! Stay away!!!

I spoke to BBB after THREE orders not being shipped when promised/ no responses to emails. They were working with BBB in January, but have since stopped- says it all. Shocking they CONTINUE to sell with seemingly no intention to ship/ fraudulent lead times/ respond to their paying customers regarding their items. You used to be able to speak to someone when you called (August last year I was able to speak to real people), but the phone number now plays an outdated holiday message, with no option to speak to anyone. Emails go unanswered, and the chat is out of service on their website. BBB said they think the few emails people do get are from a third party centre they've employed to handle complaints. A total sham of a business, that was once passable. Do not use at any cost. Agree with another reviewer, the comments being turned off on instagram sum it up.

This place is a scam. BUYER BEWARE! Order placed Jan 29th and still don’t have and it’s March 9th. No live customer service and takes weeks to get email response. Filing dispute with AMEX now to get my money back. F in all respects.

I ordered a table in November with a shipment date of 1-3 weeks, the order never came, so I canceled the order only to not receive my funds back. I keep getting a canned message from them that says we are so sorry and have escalating the problem to our finance department. It is now March, 5 months at the finance department.

Placed an order on 12/6/23 and they said it would ship by 01/15/24. It is now 03/04/24 and I still have not received the item. I tried calling their customer service line which does not accept calls. I've emailed multiple times and still have not responded to my request. Do not purchase anything from this store, its a total scam.
