I have the same complaint as others. Ordered a product snd 3 months later it never came. Cancelled the order and 3 weeks later,no refund.

If I could leave 0 stars I would. This scam company has yet to refund my money for something on their website that turned out to be a discontinued item that they didn’t even have in stock. They keep stalling that it will take more time with every email, figuring people will just give up or forget. They need to be shut down by the authorities. Stay away!

Some sort of a money scam

My order was supposed to be shipped in the first week of March, Then the last week of April And now they are saying it will ship in August.
I just want to cancel and get a full refund, but nobody seems to want to help me cancel it as well. They just want to keep my money which is over $3500 and not send me the item.

I got an email about a refund. I will update my review if I actually get a refund on time or just contact my bank for further processing or contact their local Attorney.

*** May 6th - no refunds, no communication. But very quick to reply to BBB seeing they have already refunded me.
What a bunch of scammers
May 26- no refunds yet, they stopped responding to my emails.
Marketing emails are still on though.

Do not purchase from Burke Decor

Do not purchase from Burke Decor, I order a glass table on January 24 and they said they we're going yo deliver it on Mid February and it never arrived. I contacted them and they told me that it was going to arrive April first and I know how it works so I told then to cancel my order. They said it was going to take 14 business day to get my money back. The 14 business came and I didn't get money back! So I contact then again and they said in 5 business day I would get my money back. Again they did not return my money!! Luckily I paid with PayPal and I talk to PayPal and they returned my money and if it wasn't for PayPal I probably wouldn't have gotten my money back. My order # 874519

Stay away

I ordered a rug in January. I picked that specific rug because it wasn’t on back order. By March still no rug. It’s now April I’ve asked for a refund about 5 times now and they keep leading me on by saying the refund is on its way. Stay away from them!!

Do Not Purchase from Burke Decor

The piece of furniture I ordered kept getting delayed with no explanation. After three rounds of delays, I cancelled the order. I now have been waiting for over a month to be reimbursed to my original form of payment. I have sent a number of emails and chatted with agents through their online portal and there has been zero action. All I get back - after multiple days - is a thank you for my patience and that they have again notified their finance team. I filed a claim with my credit card company.

In response to the individual at Burke Decor who responded to this review saying, "if there is anything I can do, in any way to better service you, please do not hesitate to ask"....I would like to be credited in full - for the order I cancelled on March 5, 2024 - to my original form of payment and for someone to respond to the emails I have been sending inquiring about status of that credit.

I have been waiting for a lamp to get shipped to me going on 5 months now. I call the customer service line --no one ever answers. I've probably left 10 messages. I have yet to receive a phone call back. Don't waste your time with Burke Decor. This is my first time shopping with them & definitely my last.

Burke Decor takes your money and NEVER sends item. And never issues refund

I am editing my review because Burke Decor did finally issue a full refund back to my credit card. But that is after many, many emails to them, writing this review AND contacting my credit card company to open a case to challenge the charge. But Burke Decor should never have taken my money when the item a bought was NOT even in stock. It took them over a month to issue a simple refund. Read below for my experience with them.

This company is scamming people out of their money. DO NOT BUY from them. You can find all their products on other websites that are trustworthy.

I bought a bench in January and they kept pushing back the ship date. Then 7 weeks later after I emailed they told me that they did not have the product and they were cancelling my order #876710. I asked when I would receive a refund and they said 14 days...that was in mid February!!! Now it is the same song and dance as other reviewers said...sending to finance team...oh they confirmed it will happen in 14 days. But it has been over a month. Then they said, give us 5 more days...but the refund never happened. Funny, they charged my card the day I bought the item (which was NOT in stock) but cannot return my money. I will be posting reviews that Burke Decor is a SCAM company everywhere I can.

If Burke Decor does refund my money, I will update this review. But if they do not refund my money before the weekend, I will be contacting Google, BBB and Ohio's AG.

I will contact Google and let them know this company is stealing money from people. I will tell them that Burke Decor seems to be a phishing site and a malicious website and if they find this to be true they will block them in Google Chrome, Mozilla Firefox, Opera, and other browsers. Since I know a top executive at Google, this should be relatively quick for me to get Google to investigate Burke Decor and block them if they also find they have scammed many "customers" so they cannot steal from other unsuspecting customers. And I recommend EVERYONE contact Google to let them know how Burke Decor has stolen money from them.

I will also call the Ohio AG office and BBB and the top executives at Google to report them.

STAY AWAY...You have been warned.

A company run with no ethical or moral standards.
This company has refused to refund more than $2000. for a product I paid for but never sent to me. I will write the Ohio Attorney Generals Office and report.

Great Customer Service

Customer service treated me very well when I had to cancel an order. I started my return via Chat on line/on their website. All was handled very well and I was refunded within the 10-14 days promised.

Scam?

It's April, and I'm still waiting on delivery that was due in January - no real explanation on delay or updated delivery date (in fact the manufacturer says no delays on their end) and not refunding my $2750 charge. Seems like they have charged me with no intent to deliver.

If i could give zero stars, I would. I am like everyone else. I am still waiting on a refund FOR MONTHS of 615 dollars for an item that never shipped and will never arrive. I am about to pursue a refund from my bank. NEVER NEVER NEVER SHOP HERE.

I ordered a Christmas gift from Burke Decor…

I ordered a Christmas gift from Burke Decor the first weekend in December and the delivery estimate was at least a week before Christmas, but the gift didn't arrive. I contacted their customer service and they said it would be delivered in mid-January. Didn't happen. I contacted them around January 20 and they said it would be mid-February. Near the end of February, it hadn't arrived and they said it would be mid-March, so on February 28, I asked them to just cancel the order. It is April 1 and I still haven't received a refund. I contacted their customer service about a week and a half ago and they said the refund had been processed, but they would check with the Finance Team to be sure it was processed correctly and that I should check my credit card account in 7 business days. I reported it to the Better Business Bureau and Burke Decor responded with "I am so sorry for this, our team is looking into this to make sure your refund is processed as soon as possible." I told the BBB that that wasn't a resolution because they hadn't refunded my money. That was last week. I contacted them again today (since I still don't have the refund) and they said they'd escalate the issue to their Finance Team and that I should check my credit card records in 5 business days. I told them that's exactly what they said last time and they pulled the exact quote from the customer service conversation…the wording was slightly different, but it was basically the same, only it said 7 business days and now they say 5 business days. Ridiculous. Look at their BBB reviews. You won't want to buy from them.

Beware this company is fraudulent and scammed me of $3.8k

I placed an order for a HEM puffy chair on December 8, 2023 with the knowledge that it will ship in 1-7 days as stated on their website. I’ll spare you the long back and forth but basically come end of February of this year, so three months after I placed the order my item still hasn’t shipped. They keep giving me a new quote for the lead time every single time I emailed them, so after several times like this I stopped trusting them and canceled my order. I received confirmation that my order was canceled on March 1 and that my refund will be processed in 7-14 business days. This story is predictable so you know how it ends: it’s now 18 days or almost a month since the cancellation went through and I’m still waiting for my money to appear in my account. Again every time I’ve contacted them they Lee coming up with more excuses for the delay while saying things like “this has been escalated to our financial team” or “our finance team is processing it as quickly as they can” or “we are going to trace the refund” or “give it another 3 days and we might have to reprocess it”. Seriously?! What company does this? This screams FRAUD. I need to find a better way to report them or take them to court.

This business is a scam..

This business is a scam... my shipping timeline kept changing so I cancelled my order. Customer service confirmed the cancellation and promised a refund led in 14 days max. Six weeks later I'm still waiting on my refund!!! Again at the mercy of their "customer service" that doesn't answer the phone and email replies take days. Do not order from this company!!! I strongly encourage u to believe the reviews unless you're ok with being scammed out of thousands of dollars!!!
