I purchase wallpaper from Burke Decor in December 2023. It is now September 2024 and I’ve still not received wallpaper nor a refund. I’ve asked for updates on shipping so many times only to be told it would be the end of the month. I finally gave up and asked for a refund. That was 3 months ago. Still nothing.

Warning: Avoid DH Inspired (Burke Decor) at All Costs!

I placed two orders with Design Home Inspired nine months ago for around $200, and they only sent me one item from each order. Despite countless back-and-forth emails trying to resolve this and get a refund, I’ve gotten no response that leads anywhere. Their customer service is either incompetent or intentionally ignoring my requests. This company is completely unreliable and unprofessional. Save yourself the hassle, frustration, and money – do NOT order from them!

Don’t even bother trying to contact them for a refund for an order you cancelled. They told me to wait 7-14 business days. Never got a refund. Emailed them again and I was told to wait another 5-10 days. Dispute the charge with YOUR BANK. That’s the way to go. I’m surprised their website is still up and running. I hope this company crashes and burns soon. Make sure to read reviews before purchasing! Lesson learned.

Something very wrong is going on with this company. Purchased a small item online - estimated ship date came and went with no updates from customer service. Emails to customer support went unanswered requesting updates. When I finally received one back to cancel and refund the order, they said it would take 7-14 business days, a month later still no refund.

I placed an order in April 2024 but once I saw the shipping timeframe, I asked them to cancel it. They cancelled the order but have yet to give me a refund and it’s now almost September. I’ve gone back and forth with them via email and I continue to get the same excuse as to why I don’t have my refund yet… “change of processors”. I have never interacted with a company that is so unprofessional and fraudulent. They are extremely hard to get ahold of and when you do get a response, they just copy and paste their previous emails and excuses. Do not order from them.

A 1 star rating is being generous. I made an order with Burke Decor at the end of Jan. 2024. It never said it was on backorder so I was surprised it was taking long to be delivered. I still had not received my product in March so I requested to cancel the order and get a refund. It is now almost Sept. 2024 and I have yet to see my refund. I have emailed them numerous times basically begging them for what I am owed. I did contact the BBB and they wound up closing my case because they never heard back from Burke Decor. There is no way to talk to an actual person. It is just emails with excuses as to why the refund has not been process. I am sick of begging a company for my money. Do better!

Since March, I have been waiting for a credit for items I never received from Burke Decor. Can only connect with someone via email with little response. When they do reply, they say they are putting a rush on this request with their financial team (which apparently doesn't exist.) I would not recommend this company. I will submit this info to the Better Business Bureau.

The worst place to shop! They promised delivery in 2 weeks, but now it’s delayed to 3 months. Our project is incomplete because they misled us about the delivery date. Save yourself the trouble—don’t buy from them!

Wish there could be a minus rate for this company. I have been contacting them on line since December '23 for refunds on 2 orders that I had to cancel because they kept telling me it would ship soon and never never did. They have a customer service # that has not been set up and the only way to contact them is to leave an email which is never responded to. It is beyond my imagination how they can still be in business when thay take money for orders and never ship theitem.

So disappointed in this company - total scam. I ordered a children's desk and matching bench back in December 2023. They charged me in FULL for both, despite the desk being backordered. They then proceeded to push the backorder date back month after month - and never once proactively communicated that to me, I had to repeatedly inquire with customer service. I can see on their site that they no longer carry the desk, so I don't believe they were ever going to deliver it - even though they had my money! Finally 9 months later I cancelled the order and am awaiting a refund, which I worry I will never get. They also refuse to refund me for the bench, which did come after I ordered it, but I have no use for without the desk...what a waste of money and time. I will never shop this business again and caution everyone else to stay far far away.

FRAUDULENT COMPANY Do NOT waste your time or money! I placed an order over 4 months ago and have yet to receive it! Their lack of communication and customer care is appalling. It is clear they have no intention of fulfilling orders or providing any assistance. Do not fall victim to SCAM! Avoid this company at all costs!

DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY EVER. I placed an order in March 2024-no merchandise, no response to four emails. Their Better Business Bureau rating is F.

I placed and order with Burke Decor in early February 2024. I ordered the Valse Candle Holders in both large and small for $70. Their website did not state that the items were on backorder. I received 1 email from them stating they would be back in stock at the end of May 2024. Of course they never sent me my order and the item are no longer listed on their website. I tried emailing their customer service everyday for a week, all of which went unanswered. I tried calling their phone number and you still can't speak to anyone during their 9-5 business hours, but rather make you leave a message, which you guessed it, they don't return either. I tried to get my bank to refund me, but because I did not file a claim within a 60 day window they won't. So what, I'm just out $70?!?! I feel sorry for those that have spent a lot more. This company needs a class action law suit filed against them ASAP! What a racket, FRAUDS!!

Scam! I ordered wallpaper on Feb 4, 2024 totaling over $1k. There was no indication that they were back ordered. By April (after following up multiple times) I get a response saying the item is back ordered. June rolls around - still no wallpaper and the same BS response about it being delayed from the supplier. Finally, by mid June I asked to cancel the order and receive a full refund. CS said it would cancel the order and the refund would take 7 to 14 business days. Still no refund by mid July - CS said the finance team would take another 5 business days. It’s now August - still no refund. I ordered the wallpaper through a different vendor who told me they all use the same supplier and there was plenty of wallpaper in stock (I received it within 3 days). Burke never placed an order to begin with and took my money to fund their debt. Such disgusting business practice - stealing peoples’ hard-earned money - thieves!

This company doesn’t deserve one star. This business is a scam!

Do not purchase from this company. I ordered several items from Burke Decor, but I never received my orders. I was able to cancel one of those orders; however, three months have passed and I’ve yet to receive my refund. I’ve sent numerous messages to BurkeDecor.com with no resolution. They do not take phone calls. You are only able to send messages through their online chat platform or an email—which always go unanswered.

Same experience as others. Placed an order in June. I received one email response saying it would be shipped soon but I still haven’t received. Zero response since about my delivery or a refund. Never again.

I purchased pillows 21/2 months ago. They took the money never sent a shipping follow up and it is impossible to get anyone on the phone or on email or social media. I have filed fraud cases with pay pal, my credit card and the Better Business Bureau. How are they still in business. I went to the store on Beverly Boulevard and it is never open. The whole business is a scam.

I ordered a pillow from them on January 1,2024. I received automated messages by email and on the phone. The merchandise was never received nor was my money returned and it is now July 2024. I DO NOT recommend Burke Decor. Disappointing!
