No product and disputing credit card charge over 8 months
We ordered 2 tables from them for our office and they never delivered the tables, and took over 3 months to refund one after disputing the charge. We are still waiting (over 8 months) to receive our other refund. Terrible company and customer service is horrible. They lie and say they'll refund your money, but don't, you have to dispute it with your credit card company. Stay away from this company! Don't deserve any stars.

Ordered a table in June 2024 with delivery promised for July. Didn't arrive. They then said November. Didn't arrive. They then said January 2025.

After waiting 6 months for our new ottoman to arrive, we decided (after the second or third?) extension to decline and receive a refund. We have been waiting for over 4 months and have YET to receive the refund! We have emailed customer service multiple times and are STILL WAITING. Horrible customer service. DO NOT order from Burke Decor!!

BEWARE!!! Waiting over a year for an approved Refund/Return
I am a designer, purchased an item for client on 10/23/23, they did not work in the environment. I returned - after following ALL instructions. Returned items were received, inspected and approved for a refund on 11/20/23. I received a notice that they'd have to send me a check. Then they want me to confirm address for the check, which I did immediately.
Never received. Then they tell me they have had a change of their "processors". This whole "check" debacle took 6 months. I continued to follow up.
Still have not received. I find it difficult to believe this company cannot process a refund, or provide me with an ACH credit. Please note date of experience is not correct, bc I have been trying since last October. Have tried to give this company every opportunity to honor their obligation.
This company is a complete FRAUD
This company is a complete FRAUD. They sold me a soap dispenser for 60 dollard in 2022. They never shipped it. Upon multiple requests they said they will NOT ship the product and will refund me. Ever since I have been sending them multiple emails and now it is end of 24 (~3 years) and I get a standard email that our customer service is trying their best to respond to you request. in one email they suggested for me to buy something else which I would not do that ever again. I am going through business BBB to take action. Please do not waste a dime on this company during this holiday season and after . They DONT deserve even one start but cannot have an option as such.
Burke Decor stole $3061 from me
Burke Decor stole $3061 from me. I ordered a table Last Feb, 2024. They kept delaying delivery. I finally asked for my money back and received numerous emails claiming I'd see the money back on my credit card in 5-7 business days. It never happened. When I called my credit card company, they said disputes must be placed within 100 days of purchase. How can this company continue with so many people having these issues? Where's the justice?

This company stole $230 from me
This company stole $230 from me. I bought a mirror in January and they continued to push back the ship date (past the 60 days when you can dispute the credit card charge and hold the company responsible). And it is November and I have emailed and called 15 times with NO response. This company is fraudulent and should be sued.

If I could give 0 stars I would. This company should not be in business. I ordered wallpaper on 12/20/23 and was charged $1536.00. The wallpaper never arrived and they have still not refunded me, almost 10 months later. They are horrible!!! I have been back and forth with them on the refund and they have been giving me the run around. After giving them my Zelle information, which they suggested for the refund, they have gone dark and won't answer any emails. Do not order from this company. They probably won't be around for much longer.
Customer service is very difficult
I placed an order 3/3/24 that was estimated to ship in June. June came and went and I received nothing. I had to email the company (there is no telephone customer service) and was told August. When August came and went, I was told November. Now, I just checked again and have been told to expect December. This company was not proactive with their updates, I had to keep emailing them. I also want to point out that they charged me for the full furniture order back in March 2024. Now, I have asked them to cancel my order and provide me with a refund. They will not refund my credit card but will send an ACH payment or check. I don’t feel comfortable giving them my banking information so I have asked for a check and now have to wait 21 days (I hope). I will never do business with this company again. I have no faith that if I did receive my furniture and had a problem that it would be dealt with in a fair and timely way. Do not do business with Burke Decor.
Beetle infested mango wood console from Burke Decor…
Our mango wood console from Burke Decor came infested with powder post beetles, which eat through wood and create a soft powder remnants. They can destroy an entire home!!!! This place is awful and I will never do business with them again.

Back in March I ordered two toys. One arrived quickly, in perfect condition. The packing note said the other was on backorder. So I waited, and waited, and waited so long that I finally forgot about it until last week. I checked the website and saw they no longer listed the missing toy, so I found a substitute toy $2.00 more than my first choice and asked BD to send that one instead. I'm pleased to say BD came through and the new toy arrived today. No extra charge.

Company is a Scam!
Placed an order in May 2024. Said it would ship early June. That was postponed until August. In August they postponed the delivery to the end of November. I cancelled the order and requested a refund which they said would take 10-14 business days. The refund was never received so I reached out again. They responded to wait another 5-10 business days as they look into it. I sent it to the fraud department of American Express. Do not order from this website!!
This company is a huge SCAM
This company is a huge SCAM! I wish I could give negative stars because I would give them negative 5 or more. I ordered wallpaper and they took my $225 IMMEDIATELY. They never sent my order. I had to contact them almost a month after I ordered to find out where my wallpaper was. They said it wouldn't be shipped until mid November. I ordered I August. I could have ordered the exact same wallpaper from Amazon and had it delivered in less than a week. I told them I wanted a refund and they said to wait 7-14 business days. It's been 14 business days and still no refund. Now they are telling me to wait 5-10 MORE business days. I'm going to my bank to report them for fraud. Don't order from here unless you busy want to give away your money.
Furniture Never Received
I purchased a table in January 2024. It wasn’t delivered as of April, so I contacted them via email. They responded and said it was on back order. I still hadn’t received anything as of July. I tried to get a status update, but they never responded to my emails or phone calls. I ended up disputing the charge with my credit card company which ended up crediting my account after they could not get a response from Burke Decor. They had delivered a piece of furniture to me in 2022, so I had no reason to expect this order to be different. I would never order from them again.

I would give negative stars, if that were possible. Do not trust this company with your money. They take it and never deliver. I have been waiting since January 2024 for a rug and it never came. The only contact was when I contacted the company multiple times to request an update/refund. It's always the same..."So sorry, we want to keep you as a life-long customer...let us make it right...7-14 business days..." DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!
SCAMMERS - DO NOT PURCHASE
It's the same issue as most postings. I had rewards points and placed an order in January 2024. Every email would push out the delivery date by a month. Today, it was the end of Nov 2024, even though the SKU isn't on the site anymore, and when I placed the order, it was in stock and would ship in 7-10 days. Today I also found out they did away with the rewards program and I still had points to redeem so going to contact BBB today.
