I have had the worst experience with this company. I ordered an art piece in the beginning of December and canceled it at the end of February because it still hadn’t been delivered. Since I canceled in February I still have NOT received my refund for the art piece (it is now end of June). All they have done is send the same email over and over again. I would not recommend this company. It’s impossible to get ahold of anyone, they don’t send the products in a timely manner and they don’t refund you on your purchases. Do not buy from them.

BUYER BEWARE. This company is a complete fraud. They have STOLEN $4499 that was acknowledged to be refunded. Orders #871345 and #871153 were placed in January and cancellation and refund on May 29,2024. Countless emails, ACH transfer forms, filings with BBB and the Ohio Attorney General, and still no refund. I have just hired a lawyer to handle this going forward.

Not even entitled to a one star. Worst customer service I have ever had. I ordered a table lamp in January 2024. To this day June 20, 2024 I still do not have the lamp. I have requested updates four times. The second time I requested when I could get the lamp that was charged to my PayPal account for $1,029.00 I was told in writing not contact the company again because it puts me at the bottom of the line. REALLY!! I would suggest to anyone wanting to purchase anything to get your purchase before you pay. I would never purchase another item from Burke Decor. STILL WAITING FOR MY THOUSAND DOLLAR LAMP…..going into 7 months.

Absolute scam. I did end up getting furniture, but it was badly damaged and I had to refuse delivery. Since then it's been 3 months and I still don't have a refund.

I ordered 4 champagne classes from Burke Decor in December 2023. I have followed up with them at least three times by email. Each time theEIR customer representative said the champagne glasses were delayed in shipment to Burke & Decor from Italy. The last follow up I received from Burke Decor was in March saying that the glasses would be shipped to me by the end of May. On June 11th, I emailed Burke & Decor and said that I never received the glasses I ordered and paid for and to please refund my payment immediately. NO RESPONSE. DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY!

SCAM! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THIS “COMPANY”! Ordered 4 light fixtures in OCTOBER of 2023, Burke kept telling me they were delayed, ok it happens... I found them in stock elsewhere, therefore I requested to cancel my order. They promised me a refund within 14 days… 2 months have gone by with no refund. I understand that “this isn’t Amazon” as one clueless reviewer stated but if you are unable to deliver on an item that someone paid for, then reimburse them. It’s pretty simple. Not doing so is known as stealing/theft/fraud. Also- they have no customer service phone line (you cannot get a human on the phone) and they will quit replying to customers emails regarding updates on your order/refund as they wish. Erin Burke is a true piece of work taking people’s money and somehow getting away with it like this. I STILL get frequent promotional emails from this place. Notice how they don’t respond to negative reviews on this page? YOU GUYS SUCK!

This company is the worst! An item was supposed to ship in early April and then got changed to June. I decided I didn't want to wait and canceled the order at the end of April. I am still waiting for my refund! I've have left numerous voicemails and emailed Client Services and have yet to get a call back. The emails from them state it is being processed but that's been going on for 2 months now. Do not buy from this company.

This is by far the worst company I have ever dealt with and a total fraud. I spent over $7k with them and they then told me my order couldn't be filled. I then asked for a refund. After 4 months - nothing. When I threatened legal action they reached out and said they would make it right. They then sent me refund checks that got rejected for insufficient funds. I would tell everyone to never buy from this company...it is crazy that things like this still happen.

Placed an order in April from Burke Decor. Never received a confirmation email or shipping update. Two months later, I still have not received my item. When you try to call, there is no number. I tried the contact form on their website but it says error when I hit send. So I sent an email to their contact email address and it says invalid email. I have no way to contact them. So, I called Jonathan Adler, the company that makes the item I ordered. They said Burke Decor is not an authorized dealer of their items. There are 30+ pages of Jonathan Adler items on Burke Decor mind you. So, now I am out $100. It’s disgusting that I have no recourse and this website is up and running and still accepting our orders and our money. I wish I read the reviews before I ordered. Oh, and I still get marketing emails from them everyday. Unbelievable.

This is a terrible company, I placed and order for a table, it was delayed multiple months so I canceled the order. The table was never delivered and no refund is being processed, the company stole my money and delivered nothing. Read the reviews, this happens to many people with Burke. They are a scam company, DO NOT PURCHASE FROM THEM!

Burke Decor accepted over $32,000 in advance deposits/ pre-payments for several orders, but never paid their suppliers. They committed fraud and i am thinking that our attorneys will need to file a lawsuit against Erin Burke and Burke Decor.

Never received merchandise. Burke promised a refund but had to dispute the charge via my credit card.

Run don't walk away from this company! My story is like dozens of others I have read about...make a purchase...no response or delivery delay response for months on end. No response by e-mail or phone.

I made a purchase of multiple items from this company in February. Received multiple delay delivery responses. I cancelled order, disputed charge. When I bought the same products from another retailer, they were shipped out within two days.

Google the company name and look at the news stories to learn all you need to know.

I am one of the people scammed by this company . 2 client orders that were supposed to be delivered back in 2023 . In March when we finally confirmed that we will take a refund we were promised a refund within 7 to 10 days , here we are 3 months+ later and no refund, same BS response , the latest of which is that they are having technical difficulties to issue refunds.

If you have been scammed by them, file a complaint with the OhioStateGeneral and do good for the community by spreading the word that no one should work with them.

I will start reaching out to all the vendors they have on their website and request that they pull out from the website. This is not good for anyone, us as designers , our clients and the makers of these pieces of furniture.

I have made several purchases from Burke Decor which went OK. But I placed an order in February 2024, which was never delivered, and 4 months later is still MIA. I inquired last month and they gave me an updated ship date, which has now come and gone. From the many similar experiences other customers are describing online, it sounds like I fell for the same ploy. Their site looks legit, but apparently list goods as in stock which they do not actually have, then they string you along until it's too late to challenge the charge on your payment method. Buyer Beware, find it somewhere else.

I have heard the name for years and didn't hesitate to order. I ordered a decorative box for 420 dollars which Burke withdrew right away from my card. There was no confirmation email, there was no shipping info. I went online only to find that Burke Decor is committing fraud in broad daylight. There seems to be no way to engage with these folks I mean they just stole my money so why would they want to discuss it. I contacted my bank, I cancelled my order, which is cute as there is no order and because I can't believe no one has shut them down I am going to call, write everyone in authority to make them aware.

My experience is exactly like other one star reviewers. I ordered a bed and dresser in January, and the goods never arrived. I emailed every few weeks until I gave up in mid-May. I have emailed 5x to cancel my order and I have called repeatedly to no avail. My sense is that they promise goods in the future to exceed the 60 day dispute window so that they can try to keep the cash. This is FRAUD.

Do not order from this company! I ordered a chair on sale back at the end of February with a lead time of 3-4 weeks. When it had been a couple of months and I had not received the item or an update, I reached out to them and they first told me the item was discontinued and they could not fulfill the order. Then their customer service made it seem like I was cancelling the order and they would have to have their refund team approve the refund when they couldn't even provide the product! Not only did they not even offer a discount on selecting another item, they wouldn't even process the refund promptly. Still working on getting my refund a month later. Their customer service is a complete joke and their operation is a clearly a scam.
