the products and customer service were fantastic, my only complaint was the lead time on the order. Took a bit over three months to receive the product.

Following your submission, our Sales Manager carefully reviewed your order history and the related activity to understand the root of the issue and to ensure it doesn’t happen again. Based on that review, it appears the delay stemmed from the artwork approval process. We’ve since provided replacements for the affected items, with the exception of one custom product, which is currently in progress and will be shipped as soon as it can be.

Bush Systems does an excellent job a follow up and follow through. I probably would not have purchased if it wouldn’t have been for their excellent communication. Product quality is there. Marketing of their products to the end users needs some help.

They didn't charge for damaged items
My organization and I had specific needs for our new fitness center, and I found a product line with Busch that worked perfectly. I connected with Sarah, who was great from the start and even more so as a few products were damaged during shipping. We were not charged for the damaged items, and they were replaced as soon as possible. I'll share that there were concerns at the beginning about the elevated costs, but sometimes that happens. It wasn't enough for me to reduce from 5 stars.

Happy with our Busch Systems Partnership
Our Zero Waste Working Group at Swarthmore College has been partnered with Busch Systems since 2013, and have been working through the PA CoStars contract which provides us additional benefits. Our Sales Team Manager, Michelle Dunn, provides excellent service, and when traveling coordinates any team response necessary for our needs. Currently we are working on a new project outside of our Field House and Busch Systems is working on providing us a designed model to meet the unique waste problems that the College is faced with.
Busch Systems has been a excellent partner and would recommend them highly.

Much Needed Trash & Recycling Bins
Our new trash & recycling bins arrived complete and in good shape. We have received compliments from many in the building regarding how slick the new bins look and how they were very much needed for proper separation of our waste. All in all we are very pleased.
