the products and customer service were fantastic, my only complaint was the lead time on the order. Took a bit over three months to receive the product.

Everything was really good, but
Everything was really good. The only issue I had was when the trash cans came in they were scuffed. There was no damage to the outer Packaging, however the bottom of the trash can was scuffed from the cardboard pan it sat in. So four sides where it touched it was scuffed about 3 inches from bottom. Probably some sort of plastic wrap should go around the trash can first before placing in the cardboard Packaging, not sure.

Customer service reached out to let me know that my email was enter incorrectly with a copy of the receipt. Thank you!
When I first ordered the product I didn't receive an email confirmation so had no idea if it was ordered and on the way. The product did arrive eventually but I didn't receive an invoice. I emailed customer service but never heard back. For accounting purposes an invoice is required to claim an expense. I called but couldn't get to a person.
