My dogs live there deliveries few of the treats have been too rich for my girls and gave them a bad stomach but I contacted customer services and they have switched them out so not recieved them since they were very helpful.

Every month is a different theme, my dog literally sees the box and takes it off to her bed to open! She loves every part of it.
As a larger breed, toys don’t last long apart from
Busters! She collects these like they are her babies.

Dogs are happy with there choices although for the price paid in a total for the whole subscription I’d of hoped the choices were more fulfilling and the boxes fuller

We’ve been getting these boxes for over a year now… we have three dogs, and they absolutely love it. They know it’s for them, the toys are almost always really enduring and have survived much tug play. The treats are awesome too and a good variety.

Over priced cheap dog bed and toys, the treats aren’t much better! Delivery was shocking
I wouldn’t bother , just go to pets at home where you’ll have a far better choice of good robust dog toys!

Signed up for the offer of a ‘£60 value dog bed’ with my first box. It’s honestly the cheapest flat CUSHION (not ‘bed’) that would have cost no more than £10 in a pet shop. Toys are just cheap, like they’d be a few pounds each in a shop. Theres also no personalisation options (my dog is allergic to chicken, this month both the treat packs were chicken). If I wasn’t subscribed to a 12 month plan (which also wasn’t made clear at ALL when signing up) I would be out now. Unfortunately I have to pay for 10 more months of these cheap boxes of tat.

Subscribed after seeing an Ad on Facebook which promised a high quality, packed and themed box sent monthly (alongside a free dog bed). First box arrived alongside the dog bed, the latter of which is of OK quality.

The box however, was a major disappointment. 2 cheap soft toys, a chew, and 2 small bags of treats. Okay, maybe this was an off month. Not great for my first experience, but it happens.

Fast forward a few months, having just received my 3rd box, and oh boy. 2 further deliveries, each with 1 or 2 soft toys, 1 or 2 small chews and 2 small bags of treats. Nothing high quality. Nothing special. So far, £75 in subscription fees, for a pile of cheap dog toys and treats which could be picked up in B&M or the like for less than the cost of ONE box.

Perhaps I had high expectations, but at £25 a month I expected far more than some cheap tatt.

Unfortunately stuck paying for a further 3 months due to the 6 month minimum term for the free dog bed, at which point I could have easily bought a much nicer bed and all the extras for half the price elsewhere, but here we are.

Don't be fooled by their marketing, this is an overpriced service that offers nothing you cannot get elsewhere for less.

(updated after response) Would like to thank Busterbox for response and confirm the 3rd box was sent before I replied wishing to cancel, offering better toys surely isn't something which should be offered after complaint but should be the norm, checked prices of brand smart choice toys we received, average price under £2 each and you get 2 of them. Will be in touch later. 4th box sadly the same and I can't see how they are strong option, same brand and look just as flimsy).

Having 5 rescues I have tried several subscription boxes over the years. This is undoubtedly the worst. I toyed with the idea for some time as the products shown on the online adverts looked really good. First month, poor quality toys and treats but as I signed up to 6 months and free bed (also not great) thought I'd see if it was a one off. 2nd month, more poor quality toys, one of which was exactly same poor quality soft toy cactus that was received the month before and lasted 5 minutes. Spoke to a helpful lady who said she would ensure the products personally were size specific and good quality along with the treats. 3rd month, extra toy, all low quality like you'd buy in a low cost store and not at all big enough for medium dogs, and guess what, another soft cactus, different colour but with half the stuffing hanging out the side before the dogs even touched it. Decided to cancel but was told I would have to pay a 1 off payment of £29.99 as hadn't fulfilled the subscription I signed up to. Reluctantly said yes, then got an email to say payment couldn't be taken so couldn't cancel, this happened twice! Strangely though the subscription amount went out from the exact same payment method! Received the box this morning, and the toys look like home bargains specials, probably total cost of which around £7/8 worth. They will attempt subscription money daily from your account until they are successful. Where to go from here, I'm sending the latest box back along with yet another email. If you want decent products either go out and spend the amount in-store so you know what you're getting or subscribe to a decent company like cognitive canine co, few quid more but youre not ripped off!

I ordered a buster box for my puppy he loved the toys we received the toys and treats were really good quality highly recommend

My puppy Gus absolutely loves his BusterBox deliveries. I'd started the subscription in time to open it together in his first few days of coming home in March. I opted for the bed+1 year subscription and have not regretted it at all. Gus adores the bed and for the first couple of months kept all his toys in there to sleep with. He has grown significantly since we first got him and it was easy enough to update his size on the website. The toys are very good quality and each month has a different type of toy (plushies with ropes, squeakers, different textures). I haven't needed to cut any of the tags off the toys as they're also soft fabric rather than the horrible plastic that comes on some, Gus likes to chew/suck on the tags haha. His favourite toy is from his first box which was valentine's themed, a pig with an arrow heart tail and gold wings and Gus absolutely loves the wings! The treats that come in the box are healthy and he has enjoyed all the flavours. The additional healthy chew has also been thrown in alongside the usual treats and toys the last couple of boxes which was a nice surprise! The best thing about BusterBox is that Gus is recieving treats and toys that I wouldn't usually pick up in a shop, so he is trying new flavours every month. He absolutely loves his deliveries each month and that alone is worth every penny!

Sad that I have to write this, I got my first buster box 2 months ago with the free bed, I put in the size of my dog Newfoundland, suffice to say the bed, the toys and the treats way too small, one was actually smaller than her mouth and she would of choked, complained and customer service sent a spray ring with the next box and updated the size, so when the next box came again toys too small, treats looked like overprocessed rawhide, and toys too small again one was a toothbrush thing way to small for my dog but could have caused choking, the spray ring again way to small for my dog. Now I again wrote to customer service but this time no response, the customer service is shocking, the boxes are poor value for money and not suitable for large breed dogs, hopefully by writing this review someone will bother their backsides and get in touch, don’t waste your money.

My doggy's enjoy beyond words, when the box arrives it's all tails wagging, they love to see it come, and they are great value for money, I have 2 huskies and the toys are excellent and exceptional. Always delivered on time, the treats are varied and best of value

Though the boxes are great I thought I had cancelled my subscription three months ago and then I received another box and was charged for it. So I emailed and was told sorry to see me go but they would cancel- £75 later my subscription is not cancelled. And I will email again but honestly great boxes but horrendous of you try and cancel.and I have had the boxes for well over a year.

Every month Busterbox never fails to amaze us with variety of toys and snacks that Sisi receives.
