Amazing first experience
Fast shipping, my woofie was so excited when his first ever box came! His tail wagging when he smelt all his new delicious treats! The treats look amazing and Chase said they taste amazing! The toys looks strong and well made the company took so well in understanding my dogs breed… we both cannot wait for the next box to see what’s inside

Yes my dogs are my girls!
Ill be honest. I joined busterbox for the free item that came with it.
But… The box was so much better then i expected. The Bed my girls love!
Who now argu’s over whos on the bed & whos on the sofa. (2 Mix breed staffies & Yes they both can fit on it together)
The treats vanished pretty quick like anything edible they get hold of. So im sure they really enjoyed them by the speed it was gone! 🤣
The toys are great! These girls have destroyed £20 stuffed toys in minutes & the toys that came in the box are still alive & stuffed somehow & is now a attached toy to my youngest who takes it everywhere she goes.
Then the customer service.
That itself is the best ive seen in a while. So helpful, kind & solved my issue immediately. Keep up the good works.
Now my girls are threatening me to keep getting the box each month now. So i guess we are a customer for life! 🤣🤣

BusterBox is absolutely brilliant! Every month it arrives packed full of high-quality toys and delicious treats that never disappoint. The toys are sturdy, fun, and built to last, perfect for keeping energetic pups entertained. The treats are always a hit too, with great flavours and excellent quality ingredients.

My dog absolutely LOVES his monthly buster box. Great treats (especially as he can be fussy I’m yet to receive a treat he has turned down!) and the toys are always fab quality. Customer service have always been friendly and helpful whenever needed. Defo recommend.

Absolutely amazing value
We received our first buster box with a free bed deal. My English Bulldog Tyson absolutely loves his new bed. He loves his toys he gets too as hes able to chew and play with them with out desorying the with in a day. The toys are amazing value and excellent quality. He also loves his treats as they are a great variety and they are flavours i would never of even thought of buying for him. Thank you soo much to the team at Buster Box me and Tyson are super happy with the box. Would definitely recommend them you will not be disappointed.

Read reviews, ignored them and tried to give them a try but wish i didnt, never arrived and messaged many times half the time im getting ignored then days later a reply not helping at all pops up. Will now be going through my bank and reporting fraud !!

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve been unhappy with your experience. We did receive your messages and replied within our normal office hours — we noticed several emails were sent during the night, and while we completely understand frustration, our team isn’t available at midnight or 4am. We always aim to respond within 24 hours, and we did so in this case.
You did receive your box, and after you let us know you weren’t happy with it, we offered a clear and fair solution. We offered for you to return the unused bed and box. Once the items are returned, we’ll issue a full refund and cancel your account immediately.
This follows both our Terms & Conditions and UK Citizens' Advice guidelines
We’re still waiting for your reply so we can send the QR code and finalise the cancellation for you. As soon as we hear from you, we’ll resolve this straight away.

Good quality products
I received my first order very quickly, and everything in my Buster box was good quality, strong enough for my golden retriever not to destroy within 5 minutes. I got my box about 2 weeks ago, and she plays daily, and the toys are still fine. My dog loves the toys and treats. I would highly recommend.

They cater to every need
They cater to every need. If you ask for a specific toy its put in your box. If your payment was late you can contact and ask them to retake. Their toys give my doggies lots of fun. Really recommend this company for dog lovers.

When I first started this subscription it was perfect for our pup.
They as their age when you sign up…that’s fine but the treats and toys certainly don’t grow with age.
I have come up against several issues in the past few months and I have since cancelled by subscription…at least I thought I had! My account was set to cancel since end of August beginning of September with only one box left for the year…that was fine…however fast forward to November and they’re still trying to take money from my account even though I have emailed several times stating cancellation AND changing it back August/september…
Their reply wasn’t to cancel my account but offer an alternative solution…
Toys and treats are NOT worth the money !

They automatically renewed our subscription without our permission and took money from our bank and will continue to do so for another year. I’ve emailed several contacts from their business with no response. Absolutely disgusted with this, should be ashamed of themselves.

My Stella loves her busterbox -toys and treats
I receive a busterbox once a month and my puppy absolutely loves it, she loves playing with her new toys, soft toys and chewy toys, and she always loves any new treats she gets, there are 3 bags of doggy treats and 3 toys. They are different toys and treats every month which adds to her excitement

Unable to cancel will have to complain to the bank
my partner has emailed this company 4 times over the last last 6 months to cancel this subscription, they never cancel and keep taking £30 a month and providing even worse treats and toys - avoid at all costs

Definitely a decrease in quality of toys and treats, including quantity. Wonder if it’s because I’ve set to cancel?! Don’t bother signing up if you aren’t 100% sure you want it as they don’t let you cancel until the subscription is up, which you have to set to cancel yourself.

Ridiculous amount of spam emails. Multiple a day with misleading subjects designed to lure you in to read them. Some of them can actually be quote alarming to see pop up until you see who its from. Bad first impressions of the company so no way would I join them
