Something different everytime, my dog loves getting his buster box

I was very pleased with Busterbox at the start. Toys and treats good quality, most of the time, however, any problems were quickly resolved without any issues.
About 8 months into my subscription, I unfortunately lost my dog, it was sudden and unexpected, two days later my busterbox arrived, nobodys fault, just bad timing. It hurt so much as my boy loved receiving his monthly box, he used to get so excited. Anyway, I contacted busterbox to cancel my subscription, my subscription was cancelled, as a one off "This is a one-time courtesy and will not apply to any future subscriptions with BusterBox in the event of cancellation mid-subscription".

We have been receiving Buster Boxes for a number of years.
The toys are amazing and the treats are different and if not enjoyed by our dog who is incredibly fussy the my daughters dog enjoys them.
Best part is watching our dog opening the box himself (not the mess but hey ho!)
Any issues have been resolved by customer services very quickly.
I am always telling people about these boxes because we love them.

Been with Busterbox for years now.
Every time my dogs dietary needs change, preference in toys or any other changes pop up, they're so quick to change & accommodate the request.

DO NOT SUBSCRIBE, MASSIVE CON!!!!! My partner foolishly subscribed to this and after months of being sent RUBBISH !! She was told she could not cancel and they would address her concerns ,just got to the shop and buy your dogs toys and treats they do LIKE ,please be cautious when using these !!!!

So it was my first time with Buster box after a friend recommended them. The first box my boy received had two rope pull toys, two bags of treats and two chew treats. All in all he was quite happy. Love the fact that it gets delivered to the door.

Predatory company, once you in on a subscription you can't cancel it or change it. The first box was great some treats and lots of toys but every month after they're are loads of cheap toys and my dog isn't interested in 95% of them it's such a waste. I have contacted them to try and have more treats and less toys as it's so wasteful but they won't change or cancel the subscription for a year and it's really hard to actually cancel it they don't make it easy.

Avoid this company

We have just rescued two beautiful dogs. They have had a bad start in life so we wanted to do something special for them. They love playing with toys with wach other and we are teaching them to play with us as well. Due to this toys are absolutely wrecked, constantly. The toys from our first box are still (just about) hanging on to life and they have been ragged and dragged through our entire garden and back again. They love the treats and so does the neighbours dog! Looking forward to the next box which we have started a family gathering to watch how excited they get with their parcel. My only bad point, which isn't really enough to drop a star or anything, but worth mentioning, you can only put one dog on the order. Would be nice for the box to come to both of them.

This is a difficult one because honestly im not one to leave reviews, but my experience has been so bad I want to warn others.

I took out a subscription with busterbox in hopes that my fussy dog would like the treats and thought it would be cheaper as im always buying him treats and toys at the shop and just thought it would be easier this way. I will say I liked how convenient it is to get toys and treats delivered, however my experience has been nothing but easy.
Be aware that if you have a large dog the treats that they supply are mostly aimed at smaller dogs. A lot of the treats they put in the boxes are tiny, Like chihuahua sized. My dog also wouldnt eat any of the treats in any of the boxes. Because of this reason I messaged them basically saying that there's no point in continuing my subscription because my dog just simply doesnt eat the treats. They replied stating that they could change the treats and give him a toy only box which I thought was nice of them but unfortunately my dog just doesnt care about toys. I emailed them multiple times asking to cancel and they just ignored my emails and kept trying to take my money.
It got to a point where ive emailed them saying STOP and I do not give permission to take funds from my account and they are STILL TRYING. Ive had to change my account because ive tried blocking the payments but they are still able to take the money. Its been about 4 months since I sent the last email and they are still trying to take the money out my account but it keeps bouncing.
Honestly the customer service sucks. Its a real shame honestly
Wouldn't use this company again.

Terrible customer service, I cancelled my subscription after the first 6 months but still got charged for a further 6 months. Numerous emails saying it was my fault for not cancelling, giving me wrong information about my subscription that is completely irrelevant to the current situation. Still awaiting a full refund!

The dogs and I are just loving our Buster Box that arrives every month.
It is so exciting for them to get the box. They all get very excited about the new toys and treats inside which are a great quality. The treats are so good and different every time so far.
This is a great company that brings joy to me and my dogs.

I signed up for the 12 months + splash pad last year in May.
Half way through I needed to cancel due to financial reasons and to be honest I didn't realize I signed up for the year - that is partly my fault not reading things but I didn't expect it to be this hard to get out the subscription...
They couldn't cancel it, they could only put it on pause for a few months so I did that , which I thought was very wrong as clearly if your dog passes or gets ill you still have to pay for the subscription...

Customer service is very efficient and friendly.

Anyway, so turns out 12 months subscription is actually 13 months as the first box you pay for that is cheaper is a promo box so doesn't count! typical isn't it haha - my advice is to avoid subscriptions or just make sure you know what your signing up for and read properly otherwise you'll end up having to pay every month for a whole year + more otherwise.

Apart from that, my dog liked the stuff a bit, i have a chihuahua and the toys were more for a cockerpoo which that's my other dog so he kept nicking them so maybe reducing the size of the toys for smaller dogs, she didn't like the treats much and for what you get i think £15-£17 is more realistic price. The first few months were good but toys wouldn't last 5 mins better to get a Kong Toy.

“Free” bed does not exist as when you try…
The so called “Free” bed does not exist as when you try to cancel a subscription you have to have a further 6 months on top of the first payment. I was told via email that the bed was £29.99 and the half price box £12. This doesn’t count towards the six month tie in so you have to pay for a further six months before you can cancel. The so called ‘free’ bed works out very expensive! They do not like you trying to cancel and won’t budge when asked. The toys and treats are akin to the pound shop so you are better off going there! This subscription is not good value for money at all. I really would not recommend it. As with many things if it looks too good to be true it is!!

I took the 6 months subscription £20 pm, first box was fine, the next 5 were awful! Knew I had to wait out the 6 months, as soon as it was up I cancelled it, turned up the next month, cancelled again, tried the phone number, no functioning, got 1 the next month, had to phone my bank to stop them taking any more money! You did not reply to any of my emails as stated, you also tried to bribe me with products to take down my review. Avoid this company at all costs!

My puppy loves toys and treats and loved the buster box highly recommend

Loved our first puppy box along with the free gorgeous dog bed, the toys and treats have been our Toby’s fave and he just loves his snuggly bed 🐾

Buster-Box... Utterly Awesome! ❤️ I have two miniature dachshunds that are my beloved nightmares when it comes to toys & treats.

Especially my 2 year old mini sausage who absolutely loves anything that squeaks, that she can eat or can destroy in record timings or has treats hidden inside that she must get to no matter the destruction needed to do so! 🫣🤣

She destroyed a Kong elephant rope toy over 3 days, poor thing got totally disemboweled & lost his face! 🙄😅

I've spent a small fortune trying all kinds of toys claiming to be indestructible but Buster-Box is the game changer 🙌

She was thrilled with the choices picked out for us. Amazingly after 3 weeks the toys & squeakers are all still in one piece! Gobsmacked! 🫨

Meanwhile, my elderly little mini dachshund has never really been a dog that plays with toys. But, despite her only having one tooth left, she is mad for the Buster-Box duck fillet treats! 😍

She also claimed the fantastic dog bed that came with our order! It's super big & luxurious & soft & yes I'm a bit jealous! 💞

I have two very happy fur babies & an equally pleased Mini Weiner Mama that I'm saving money thanks to Buster-Box!

We're very excited to see what the wonderful mysterious contents will be in our next Buster-Box ❤️

Again no reply to email.
Never received any boxes in a while now despite money taken from my account..
Online account not helpful.
I cant be aying out for goods that I really don't think are that great quality and that don't even get delivered...
