Highly recommended company
Called 5 companies in question about a Rubi mixer, this company got back to me pronto and sourced items others couldn’t! Seems like they go out of their way to please customers.
Placed order lunchtime yesterday and it was on my doorstep within 24hrs. Will definitely recommend this company for powertools.
Highly recommended

Resposta da Buy Brand Tools
Hi Andy,
Thanks for your feedback.
DHL were unable to get your order to the Isle of Wight in time so was delivered the day after. Deliveries to the more remote parts of the UK are more susceptible for delays. I am very sorry for the delay and hassle this may have caused.
Thanks again for letting us know about the mis-matching items. As per my email, DMT have taken it upon themselves to update the handles and packaging to which, we were unaware of. Again, I apologise about this. We'll update the listings ASAP.
If you need anything else, or have any further feedback, please do let me know.
Thanks and kind regards,
Scott

Super happy with my interactions with Buy Brand Tools. Scott, Customer Service Manager is efficient, professional, quick to respond and helped to sort things without any fuss or hassle which was really appreciated. Super fast delivery, ( even right before the Christmas festivities ) - based on this experience I recommend and would happily use again. Many thanks
