Best service best cars best people.

Just so Simple. Turned up at Lanzarote arrival, handed over my driving license and 5 minutes later I was driving out of the airport. Just as easy to return. Park your car in a numbered bay, hand in the key and head to departures

Excellent service, excellent car.

Always clean reliable cars. Good customer service team

Simplicité, Excellent rapport prix/ prestation, le meilleur plan de location de voiture aux Canaries !

This is the third car we've hired through Cabrera medina and we've always had great service, minimal delays and great prices.

Great experience, easy booking, helpful staff.

The cars are nearly new and well kept. No hassel collection at the airport. Full no excess insurance.

Excellent company, helpful English speaking staff. No deposit, no hidden extras. I recommend them 100%.

Everything was OK !
Delivery at my hotel, perfect car and fluent return

Straightforward. No need for credit card/deposit and everything included. Friendly, helpful staff. Lots of car choices available

Great car, clean and as ordered

The ease of getting the car at the airport and returning it at resort. Friendly and efficient service. Car clean and in excellent condition.

Everything went very well with smooth process : the booking’s car, relations with the agency, the car..
I recommend this compagny for any car rental needs

For the first time (having used other agents), everything was included in price. Well done. We were asked to park in same place as when we collected, but that was occupied so we left car outside office in car park which was fine.

We always use this company - you can see from the reviews how good they are.
But our last visit to the Lanzarote Airport desk was disappointing; the older gentleman that served us made us wait until he had put a knot in his tie, and did not say a word to us throughout, apart from "sign here!" When I asked questions, he just pointed at parts of the paperwork.
All the other staff have been very good, and I know that this member of staff was the exception, rather than the rule....but the experience really stayed with us. He seemed resentful of us, with no words, and no eye contact or assurances, despite our obvious excited holiday vibe!
He was on his own, initially, so perhaps he was under pressure? Not my fault, though.
But I am a great fan of the company, so I cannot understand why he would be so unpleasant.
I actually went back to the desk when were leaving to get his name, as it had dwelled on me so much during my stay, but he was not there!
Otherwise, the car was great (as always) and the handover and return was quick and simple.
Let's hope this was a one off!

We always book Cabrera Medina when going to any of the Canaria Isles. Probably not the cheapest but the cars are good and absolutely no hassle. No up selling, charged the price agreed online before arriving and full insurance. No checks seem to be made when returning the car. Just drop the keys off and go. Very happy to recommend.

Because as always car excellent and needed new battery in key sorted instantly
