I have been using Cabrera Medina for many years now. They provide a great service, their fleet are very reasonably priced and they provide a hassle free experience too, many thanks Cabrera Medina.

Been using this company several times a year for many years and have always found them to be realible. No hassle collection at the airport and return, also fairly priced. Only once have I needed to call them out for a car fault and that was sorted within the hour. I always book via the website in advance where the car size and price is easy to understand.

I never get what I order and this year was the worst I had an evo six seater far too big and not what I ordered very disappointed with the whole experience

Went in Saturday to hire car lady said come tomorrow here 9- 11 I said shall I pay no need she says I go Sunday only to be told must have a booking so let down avoid man unhelpful rude so ruined our plans as cannot get a car now

Made my first experience driving abroad incredibly easy

This was my first time hiring and driving a car abroad, so I was a little apprehensive beforehand, but Cabrera Medina made the whole process incredibly easy.

We arranged for the car to be delivered directly to our villa in Playa Blanca and it arrived as arranged. We had booked a Volvo XC60 or similar and were supplied with a Leapmotor C10, which was a great size for our family and very comfortable to drive.

The car did have a number of existing dents and marks when it arrived, which initially concerned me as this was my first experience hiring abroad. However, there was absolutely no fuss about this and the whole rental process was very relaxed and straightforward.

Having the car completely changed our holiday and allowed us to explore much more of Lanzarote than we otherwise would have. By the end of the holiday, my only regret was that we hadn’t hired one from the first day!

Returning the car at Lanzarote Airport was just as straightforward and hassle-free. Overall, a really positive first experience of hiring a car abroad and I would definitely use Cabrera Medina again when we return to Lanzarote.

Oceňujem jednoduchosť procesu rezervácie, prevzatia vozidla a vrátenie. A tiež je veľké plus, že nie je nutný depozit. Možno preto, lebo vždy si požičiavam auto s plnou poistkou. A som stály zákazník už niekoľko rokov.

Efficiency from start to finish. My car developed a problem after three days hire. I went back to the office at the airport and within five minutes I left with a new car.

When I arrived the car I had ordered which was ordered a week in advance was not available. I was however given an alternative option which in my opinion was of less value but no reduction in the cost was offered when asked for. I then had to wait for the car which had not been properly cleaned and had little fuel in it. I have been using this company for more than 20 years and they are normally very good but even when busy one cannot miss the important things ( a safe clean vehicle that was on offer and selected in advance ) that customers expect when arriving for a holiday especially in Lanzarote with many challenging roads to drive on. Service should always be with a smile.

The only thing I’d day is the staff bringing the car to you should make you aware there’s not much petrol in the car before you drive off and start wondering where the nearest petrol station is.
