I ordered 4 samples and only 3 arrived. Also, the Calcutta thyme looks nothing like it does online. I live in a small town so finding examples of Caesarstone is very challenging.
We went in to see the larger slabs in person and the employee at the front desk was super friendly and helpful

Appreciated the free samples
Appreciated the free samples that were mailed to our door. Not many companies will provide free samples and for a purchase that, for us, is a big ticket item, it meant a lot.

$30 for sample shipping
I paid $30 (flat rate, no options) to have 3 Caesarstone samples shipped to me. One arrived. No communication or explanation. Weak sauce.

No response from customer service
No response from you - we've reached out 4x to find out where our order is. It's just a sample, yet we haven't received it; we have no tracking number. We call during work hours and it goes to voicemail. Very disappointed. We won't be purchasing any products from you after this lack of customer service.
