Caesarstone US Avaliações

I ordered my samples two weeks ago, I haven’t heard a single thing about them but was told that I would get tracking information within 3-5 days of placing my order.

like that you send free samples so we can have them handy to bring when purchasing other items to match.

Surprised you sent this survey and over a week later haven’t shipped the samples I ordered.

I submitted a request for support and no one got in contact with me about my samples I paid for that were never received

I ordered four samples and paid $30. I received only one sample! Where's the rest? Send me a refund or the samples.

I asked for samples and they arrived in times.

I never received my order and have not been able to reach anyone regarding the order. its been an awful customer service experience

Caesarstone has gotten so confusing. Porcelain? Low something or other. Have no idea what all of this means.

Quick efficient service

great experience

I was hoping the samples were larger as i really can't tell the impact of the various patterns from the small size.

Quick response to my request for samples. Also good follow-up. The samples were sent and received within 3 days! Will be heading to see the large slabs and decide soon.

We ordered four "free" in-stock quartz samples on 5/26 and paid $30 for shipping. It's now 39 days later and we've received one sample. We've received zero order updates from Caesarstone US. It's also impossible to speak to anyone on the phone at Caesarstone US. You sit on hold for awhile and then they disconnect the call. The reason I'm writing this is because they repeatedly sent emails addressed to "Dear customer," wondering "how they did," prompting a review. So here it is. Go elsewhere.

I asked for my order to be cancelled and never heard back from them to cancel or refund.

Have not received samples yet, or had email asking if their whereabouts answered.
