Caesarstone US Avaliações

Caesarstone's lack of communication and customer service is always disappointing. And this order was no exception. I sent an email moments after placing the order requesting an alternate shipping address. No response. I was supposed to receive an email once the order shipped. Again no response. This is my usual experience with Caesarstone. I don't know why I expected anything different.

As a technical interior design company, it's really crucial for us to be able to show our clients countertop samples in a bigger format than the very small 3x3 samples where you can barely see the veinage, patterns, and art that are are these countertops. So I appreciate that Caesarstone has bigger options and the delivery is extremely quick, which was definitely a plus!

Extremely poor customer service. Poor quality. I would never buy or recommend Caesarstone

Ordered and paid for samples. UPS tracking showed an arrival date. Two days later UPS said only the label had been received. A week later, no change. Emailed Caesarstone and received response someone would contact me. No call, no email, no samples. Moving on to buy Silestone. Will dispute charge with credit card bank. I did not received my package ☹️ and i writed an email about that but never had comeback.

Got all samples quickly and right ones to right address.

The samples are very good quality.

I ordered 4 samples, and got only one.

I only recieved 3 of the four samples I ordered with no communication.

Great service. Wide selection. Easy to order samples and quick delivery.

Well received and nice packaging
Thank you

I ordered 4 samples and only received 2. the weight of those did not justify the $30. fee.

I was able to chose my counters from my samples!
Thank you!

I paid for four samples and only got three.

I received a defective countertop. I had problems since the first day of use. The representative that came to look at the countertop tried to clean it and said it was not able to be cleaned and that it was clearly defective. The company would not stand behind the product and now I have a gorgeous new bathroom with a stained countertop. Anything that touched it, stains it including water. DO NOT BUY from this company.

Ordered three samples, and only two sent. Remaining sample sent promptly when notified.
Samples are a bit small to be basing a multi-thousand dollar purchase on their appearance. A little larger size would have been helpful.

I was looking on line for a warm white stone without veining for a bathroom countertop and up popped a recommendation for a product by Caesarstone. I was able to order 3 free samples on the Caesarstone website site and found one which was perfect.
