Caesarstone US Avaliações

Ordered three samples, and only two sent. Remaining sample sent promptly when notified.
Samples are a bit small to be basing a multi-thousand dollar purchase on their appearance. A little larger size would have been helpful.

I was looking on line for a warm white stone without veining for a bathroom countertop and up popped a recommendation for a product by Caesarstone. I was able to order 3 free samples on the Caesarstone website site and found one which was perfect.

I only received one of the four samples I requested. No one responded to my email describing the problem and asking for a fix. I shouldn’t have paid $30.00 for one tiny sample.

Great variety of choice and super service!

Just ordered samples and it came fast .TY

timing! I received the sample very quickly thanks!

I have been unable to receive a delivery update with tracking, I have called multiple times everyday. Order #89876

Samples came right on time before presenting it to my clients

I did not receive a tracking number until I emailed and asked.
I did not receive an my samples, I received 3/4 and I did not receive any explanation for the nursing 4th sample (which is the one I really wanted to most, which was upsetting).
I did not receive the full visualization kit that was described in the website, I received 3 small ish samples 3x5 size, no documentation, nothing. I felt like I got cheated out of $30 drive I could just walk into a stone retainer and get more than that for free. Needless to say disappointed in the whole process - as of today, I have still not received a sample of even a reply to my email asking what happened.

Only received 2 of 3 items. Otherwise great.

We ordered a sample two weeks ago and have heard nothing since. Not n email that the sample has been shipped, nothing.

Responded quickly to request for samples.

I have not received the order.

NEVER received I'M LATE FOR MY CLIENT APPROUVAL . IT'S BEEN A WEEK.

A lot of my samples came broken unfortunately, but still useable. I miss the old 4x4 samples, as they were much sturdier and didn't break so easily.

It was so easy to request and the samples showed up very quickly. Seeing the samples in person and being able to see them against my flooring makes the perfect decision easy and foolproof. Thank you so much!!

Samples received quickly . Nice size samples .

Easy site navigation and quick sample selection.
Good follow up as when the samples were sent and ETA,
Thank you!

Really fast delivery for the free samples I requested. They are a good size so I was able to get a pretty good idea of an overall look.

Fast delivery of samples. Excellent product.
