I have had a lot of breaks with caladonia travel and never felt let down

when I needed to amend my booking the customer service person was very helpful and put my mind at ease.

Went on a Frankie Valli/Tom Jones tribute 2 night stay at the Royal Court Hotel. Hotel very nice.food good, tributes great. Our original driver had a medical emergency on the first night, and luckily there was another Caledonian coach from our area staying at the hotel. The driver from the second coach told us there was enoughspare seats on his coach to get us back home. I can't remember the driver's name but he was fantastic keeping us informed of our arrival times ect.
Can't praise him enough.Well done Caledonian for employing such good drivers.

Lovely mystery 2 day break , everything was spot in , nice driver , perfect times , 2 nice stop offs , great hotel with good meals , room was perfect i had requested a double room if possible as there were only twin rooms left to book & we had a suite with a double bed ! Cannot fault anything for the money we had paid , would reccomend to friends without hesitation , looking at another break in the new year for 4 or 5days . Thanks for a great weekend 😊

The holiday began well and finished well. All trips were well planned and buses always on time Excellent driver. Hotel room was spacious and meals adequate.
Evening entertainment was a real treat.

This was our first trip with Caledonian.
We stayed at The Torbay Hotel in Torquay. We had previously stayed at this hotel with Shearings.
On this trip we found that the meals left a lot to be desired - often small portions and bland. We had not been made aware that, before leaving the dining room after the evening meal, we were supposed to order our menu choices for the following evening. This caused initial confusion.
It came as a shock to find that on our arrival at the hotel we were responsible for taking our luggage from the kerbside up to our room on the 3rd floor and bringing the same down to the lounge very early on the day of departure.
The small, single lift was a bottle-neck. During our stay the lift was out of action for a day, which added to my problems, being 80yo with mobility issues and having to use the stairs.

We were on the Durham trip and it was our first trip with Caledonian travel, the bus driver John was amazing he catered to everybody, the hotel was clean and food was good with a choice for everyone, we have booked another trip to Belfast so looking forward to going.

Was a great hotel. Food was good . Dinner n breakfast good quality n plenty of variety.. Room was clean n comfortable.

Great staff, knowledgeable and helpful. A great mystery day out to Windermere, the cost was very reasonable, coach was clean and comfortable. Easy booking process and the experience convinced me to try a longer 4 day holiday to Llandudno at the end of November.
