Caledonian Travel Avaliações

Driver Ricky was very rude to me and my pregnant grandaughter,

The driver was very good and knowledgeable

Booking confirmation and helpful customer service.

Well organised trip for Coronation Street Tour, lovely hotel stay at Crowne Plaza hotel at John Lennon airport and great day exploring Liverpool. Excellent driver Neal who looked after everyone.

Amy was amazing!! Only 2 single seats left & she managed to get someone to change. Then she phoned hotel to get single rooms which weren't available online. Very grateful. Looking fwd to our trip now. 👏👏 thank you

Staff in hotel were great.Really helpful.Don't know how kitchen got food made for 4 bus loads.I would have liked some fruit at breakfast. There was lovely fresh fruit salad for dessert, which would have been lovely at breakfast.Claymore Arrochar

Excellent weekend away driver Liam very helpful

I’ve only just booked, so I will assume it is a review of our booking experience. It was easy to navigate the website found what we wanted, payment was straight forward and the communication after booking was good.
Regards Graham

Bus was not the normal Caledonian vehicle. No charging points available. Drivers microphone was feeding back (loudly) allowing no proper introduction and welcome. Pickup times for the Saturday were poorly communicated.
Hotel and Beatles tour were both fine.

It straight forward in booking our 3 holidays and very pleasant helpful staff well done 🤗

What an absolute amazing trip to IOW the person that made it was the driver Jason. What a professional he is and the company should be so proud of him. He was 5 star ⭐️ all the way and should be recognised for this !! The holiday was fabulous in every way.

company easy to deal with. Staff.extremely professional and courteous.

A perfect break from start to finish.
Hotel was superb, great location set in it's own grounds.
Room was very modern and clean. Food was very tasty, served by brilliant staff.
Very good choice of excursions, I chose the Needles Cruise and Steam Train Trip, very enjoyable.
A special mention for the driver, Jordan. A very safe and personable driver throughout the five days, and handled a very difficult journey home very professionally.

Great holidays never had a bad one yet. Everything organised for you and feels very safe. A good way to see lots of different places. Always had friendly drivers who go the extra mile and fellow travellers seem to be on same wavelength

Love the day trip as well as the weekend's away
Would recommend them at the drop of a hat

Thanks

Easy booking process

Overall we were quite satisfied with our stay, The upgraded Loch view was very comfortable and well appointed. The staff were all very approachable and polite including the waiting and bar staff. A small observation no saucers at breakfast time and odd tea plates, also no porridge in lower dining room and fresh fruit only served on last day. The nightly entertainment was very good ,the best we have experienced in recent years. Overall we would have no hesitation in recommending this hotel to family and friends looking for good budget break. The included trips out were very good with excellent drivers.
