I've had many holidays and short trips…
I've had many holidays and short trips with Caledonian travel. They've all been worth the money especially when I received drinks vouchers at some hotels. Some of the hotels especially Britannia are not that good but we expect it with that hotel chain unfortunately. I've booked a longer holiday abroad for the first time in May 2027 to Austria. The price is very good for all inclusive and will be a lovely place to visit. One downside was a short trip to Liverpool which took far longer to get there than it should have. The driver wasn't great. Apart from that, no other issues.

I've really enjoyed my trips with Caledonian Travel in the past but our group was seriously disappointed when our trip to Scarborough was cancelled when we were due to travel tomorrow with only two weeks to try and sort something else , not exactly what we wanted and to top everything else were offered a £25 voucher to use booking another holiday but never received it till after our holiday was booked and has to be used by April 2027 , there was nothing visible at my end on the 9th Oct ( I took a screenshot to prove it and when I tried to explain to one of your booking staff , found her quite rude after asking me for the voucher code( which I didn't have at the time ) I then received a voucher via post which is of no use to me now . The only reason we booked another different Scarborough trip was the dates suited the party or we did look at other bus travel companies but were all booked up or dates not available. A very disappointing experience which we'll hopefully can put behind us . The £25 voucher was a bit of an insult between 5 people to be honest with little time to sort anything else and is of no use to us now . I Have tried to ring about it after it arrived on 16th Oct but couldn't get through to speak with an agent

Fantastic time
It was so easy to book my break. The lady that I spoke to on the phone was professional, easy to talk to and gave me all of the information that I needed for my booking.
We boarded the coach in stockton and met Dean our driver. He was excellent for the while trip. He gave us all of the information that we needed for our trip and was easy to talk to and very friendly.
The hotel stay was great. The time in Edinburgh was enough to do what we wanted to do. We loved the kelpies and would have loved more time there. The falkirk wheel was amazing and the boat trip unexpected. The whole break was wonderful, peaceful and amazing. I'm looking at the brochure to see what's next on my Caledonian adventures. Thank you.
