Great friendly service through out
Great friendly service through out. Dave & Lee worked very hard on both days without a single breakage. Debbie and Christa in the office were very helpful and professional. Next time I move (which wont be for a while I hope) I will certainly use these guys!

10/10 great service
I am so glad I chose this company as they have been very helpful and patient with me. I stored all my worldly possessions with them for six months and then had my things shipped to Australia all without a single breakage! They have been brilliant to deal with too at a very stressful time in my life. A big thumbs up for Camberley Removals!

A successful home move - thanks to Camberley Removals
We moved home about 6 weeks ago with the help of Camberley Removals and I can only praise them for the job they did for us. The office staff were extremely helpful and professional as were the two guys who moved us, helped us pack things and were friendly and polite and a pleasure to deal with. Never having used a removal company before were we a little unsure about what to expect but these guys were great.

Unacceptable services - awful customer service
My assurance in a BAR associated company swiftly turned to extreme disappointment when they failed to deliver the services I requested. Extremely stressful move; entirely their fault for not providing a big enough vehicle on TWO occasions!. Charged £300 for extra vehicle due to the Surveyor not detailing all my effects correctly; personally ran several extra car journeys across relocation sites whilst starting new job. Company claimed they got 'everything' on the vehicles; downright LIE; my neighbors still had several of my large plant pots in their gardens!.
IF the company had bothered to write to me in an official capacity and not resort to bullying online; accusations of trolling and slander, I would have put it down to a very bad experience. However, this is not the case hence the negative review.
I will NEVER recommend this company; disappointed at chaotic services/damage to inherited goods; other removal firms across the years have kept in impeccable condition. Damage of property reported within stated guidelines with late follow-up from Company claiming no responsibilities to existing undamaged furniture.
Having just received a response over 4years later - this precisely sums everything up. Embark at your peril.

To give a clearer understanding to your review: (Trustpilot not verified by us until 5/12/22 hence no acknowledgement prior)
On the day of the move you asked us to move items from a completely different location none of which had been previously shown or declared to us.
Unfortunately we do not provide our services without charge.
Once aware of the additional move you wanted, we at short notice made arrangements to accommodate this unexpected amount and provided you with a price, which you accepted.
We are sorry and rather confused that you feel that this was unfair.
There was available at that time and still is an independent ombudsman scheme which is promoted on our quotations, on our website and through the BAR (British Association of Removers) which would perhaps be a more appropriate way to put forward a complaint whereupon you feel we have not responded rather than a spurious way.
We are a family run business whereby we take pride in our welcoming informative service. Most clients are delighted and come back every time they move, in some cases 10 years or 20 years later.
It is a great shame to us that you were and are not happy, perhaps we should not have quoted you for the additional items however our business does have to charge so that we are operational for another 40 years.
