2 difference installation teams could not or would not install the washer dryer I purchased. Despite the fact that I bought the hoses as requested. Horrible experience.
To respond to you - none of these things were actually required (I had to pay a 3P to install) so not only did I spend money buying new hoses but they were not needed and neither was the vent. I would like a refund on delivery.

We can see that the installation was incomplete as you are required to remove your old vent system and install a drain extension.

Poor Customer Service in Returns/Exchanges
I am dissatisfied with the dryer, and would like to exchange for a new, more expensive model. CAS will not facilitate this return, even though it is brand new and has not yet been used. I experienced great customer service up until this point, and now I am very disappointed and stuck with a dryer I do not want.
Edited to add that CAS has re-reviewed my request and allowed for the exchange, but asked me to pay for 25% of the value of the original unit and an additional delivery fee despite my desire to exchange for a more expensive unit. I have requested a phone call to discuss twice, no action taken as of EOD on Sat. July 29. Hopeful we will be able to resolve this issue.

The delivery experience was very trying, phone calls at 6:15 am for a 8-12 delivery time is unheard of. Delivery man complained constantly about removal of old refrigerator and the fact that he was still in Canada after 11 years trying to save enough money to return home. He did not help with installation of shelves,just said wait 3 hours then plug in.

Our Customer Sales is good, but picking up
Our Customer Sales service is excellent, but the picking up our order can be improved your process, first the email we received didn't mention it open at 8:am and I come early as 7 am, I stayed since the guy in shipping said open at 8 am and got past 8 am, still, nobody can assist me right away at the front desk. The guy in the next office aware that I'm waiting.
