Purchase wise good but followup not so
Initial experience was good
But after I purchased the item and I messaged the sales person, the communication dropped. A specifically needed help on the initial start up as it wasn’t allowing me to cycle on my dishwasher and the sales person never got back to me even though I messaged them.

New machine installed and is faulty - does not drain, lid locks and doesn't unlock. Contacted sales person - provided a link to "report" on line and it does not recognize the photo download that is requested. Cannot get any assistance from CAS other than phone numbers for their suppliers. No one will assist after multiple messages.

Efficient and good
We met Abhishek there. He was very patient with us as we took our time to select the dishwasher and then he gave us the best price. Delivery was free and efficient. We were getting constant notifications and they also called an hour before coming. Hammy installed it and he was very responsive as well. Overall experience was very smooth. Definitely recommend it.

I had a very good experience with buying a new fridge from the moment I walked in the door. Harsh was so helpful and led me right to the perfect refrigerator.
