What made my experience great was the customer service of sales associate Vedant Patel. During our initial meeting, he was very friendly, informed - but not too pushy. Poor customer service
I received my order, it has extra damages on the item, what were shown to me in store. When I contacted sales team, my request for compensation or replacement was ignored and no response was received from after sales team. That shows CAS is only concerned about sale of appliances. Poor customer support after sale.
