I will never deal with this company in my life police’s are so bad for this company like you have 2 days to return Gave me inside wet dishwasher they were telling me it’s been tested my installer charge me 100 dollar they asked me why he charge me when he didn’t install the washer on the first day this company doesn’t want to deal any problem

Prices are big difference lower than other places

We pick the GE fridge but learned it didn’t fit. So our sales person choose a different fridge . The quality not great shelves missing email about it no reply . Then when the installer of our dishwasher came I asked him about the freezer side he said your missing crisper and shelve email our sales person again got customer service reply . Telling me to contact whirlpool and deal with it myself . Also still waiting for repair company you deal with to install our fridge . But they take your money first and still waiting .

Wasn’t satisfied with the product when it arrived “new”. Very little customer service from the store front.

CAS doesn’t stand behind their product. The minute it’s purchased they made me deal directly manufacturer.

One good thing, they got the initial product quickly - but with all the waiting and dealing with manufacturer…not sure it was worth it.

The sales person I dealt with, Diksha Singla, was great.
The appliance arrived for pickup exactly when she said it would. When I picked it up at the Oakville store, the gentleman in the warehouse couldn’t have been more professional.
This is my first purchase at CAS and I would definitely shop here again.

Delivery guys were very friendly and clearly new what they were doing. The put in my new washer and dryer quickly and as far as I could tell they did it well.

The sales person was very helpful and answered all my questions. He went above and beyond in the sale

Lots of display items. It was easy to compare, in stock inventory was a big plus.. price was good..

We sorted out replacing every appliance in our house in one visit to CAS Coquitlam. It was overall a great experience and we got a great bundle deal by buying everything at once.

It was raining heavily on the date of delivery. I had got the monst expensive Samsung Gas Range available in the store. Paying extra for everything available.

The delivery guys parked the truck on the road, got the stove out of the truck then got the box and plastic cover out and in that heavy rain got the stove from the road to the driveway then the steps and by the time it was in the door it was all wet. When I aske d about it they said the gas range is water proof. Is that why I am paying so much? This was the second and the last appliance that I would buy from CAS. I would rather pay the same money to some other store who are more careful with my appliance. I am not even sure if the item that I bought was an open box item now. They never gave me the box. I just got the stove. All this could be a big scam.

Jammy was knowledgeable about the washer and dryer that we purchased and was very professional! Delivery was very quick !

CA beat everyones price hands down w.o. too much effort. Easy to deal with and because I had done my homework, the transaction to purchase was easy and fast.

The canadian appliance team was good while buying but the delivery team was so rude and unprofessional. The guy basically said to me I will leave applicance on road and leave why didn’t you pick my call the first time (I callled him back in 2 mins). It was a bad expereince. I like canadian appliance but not sure its it worth going through this horrible delivery experience.

Spend extra money to purchase premium LG Washer and Dryer from CAs. Product is delivered and Dryer doesn’t work properly right out of the box. Entire digital panel needs to be replaced. CAS customer service reps are rude and useless. Will not let me exchange or replace. Somehow they can ship me a dud and wash their hands of it. I will NEVER purchase anything from CAS again.

Sales person more than helpful at time of purchase. Dryer Needed service and was really quick and efficient .
