Our shopping experience at CAS was great. No pressure and great deals. The delivery guys were polite and knew their job well. Placed all appliances in the spots I needed them to be in. High recommend this place.

The sales associate I worked with was so amazing and helpful before, during, and after the initial sale. I needed assistance with picking up my appliance, due to an injury and she got everything arranged for me to have someone else pick the item up.

Been a total hassle picking up my fridge . Every time I phone it’s a different story . Would never recommend this store to anybody .

Overall a good shopping experience. I had previously bought appliances via CAS and similarly it went well. Initially I bought three pieces (combination washer / dryer, dishwasher and range) but later added a refrigerator to the order. This caused a bit of confusion regarding delivery as it was treated as two separate orders but eventually it was sorted out. The delivery team was superb, very careful not to damage walls and doors and quick as well. I would definitely recommend Canadian Appliance Source.

Calvin was great to deal with. Gave us quite a few good options at a great price for what we were looking for.

The person I dealt with, Calvin, was excellent. Unfortunately I received emails that caused great confusion as I was told my fridge could not be delivered to Victoria, by email and then by chat - this was false and caused me to start to cancel the order and use another company. Calvin investigated and found that the fridge indeed was in Victoria and that i could pick it up. At Victoria the people were excellent. So its a good-bad experience. It did end well...

Buy products are very easy; price is great deal; service is wonderful.

Good prices, phone service and very timely as well as a great delivery charge.

Your price was good, availability was good. I live north of Edmonton and I did not enjoy driving to south side to pickup

Much better inventory than the big box stores and short delivery time as well. Delivery company did a quick job of removing the old appliances and setting up the new washer and dryer ready for use.

Good delivery experience. Over the phone service and order was good. Staff should be trained to ask customers about colour of appliances but overall good experience

I was told the dishwasher would be ready for pick up Monday or Tuesday. Its Wednesday night, no dishwasher or call.
Thank you for the reply but NO pick up notice was sent to our email.
