Miranda was very thorough and helped us with extended warranty. Delivery was early and helpful even though we had to be creative to get the machines to fit because I measured for side venting. We are changing the door closure for the laundry closet. I am having trouble with the filter catching clothing now and then otherwise I am pleased

In-store experience was smooth
In-store experience was smooth, staff was friendly in-person as well as over the phone and email. We bought a fridge that was too big and they helped us switch it before it was delivered. Delivery service was fast and professional.

Delivery issues +
These are two emails I sent to Tim Turingia that explain my dissatisfaction, especially with delivery issues.
1. I was very disappointed to learn that my delivery was booked for tomorrow morning when we agreed to a delivery tomorrow afternoon between 2 and 4. Unfortunately I can’t do the morning slot for a couple of reasons. I rebooked with your delivery people for Friday afternoon from 2 - 5 and I have booked the elevator for that window as well. Could you please confirm that this will not change again? (This did not happen.)
2. When I had talked to the dispatcher about this second delivery, he assured me it would be in the afternoon. Once again, I got a call the evening before saying it would be in the morning! The whole thing was very annoying.
Apart from that, I wish you had told us when we bought the condo-sized units, that it would be advisable to get a pedestal. You could have sold us one and included it with the order so the whole thing could have been installed at once. As it is, I'll have to buy a pedestal and figure out how to get it under the washer/dryer.

My dishwasher damaged
My dishwasher was broken. I paid for delivery elevator, waited a week and now I need to solve this problem by myself and again wait more time. And also I should pay one more time for delivery elevator.

Thank you for your response, but it does not reflect what actually happened.
Yes, my replacement request was approved. However, the replacement has not been delivered. As of today (July 9), I am still without the dishwasher that I paid $1,300 for.
I placed my original order on June 27, and after all this time, I still do not have the product I purchased.
Your response makes it sound as though the issue has been resolved quickly, but it has not. Approving a replacement is not the same as completing it. The replacement has not reached me, and I continue to wait.
In addition to the delay, I paid for delivery to my apartment, experienced the inconvenience of receiving a damaged appliance, and have spent a significant amount of time trying to resolve a problem that was not my fault.
If my dishwasher is not delivered within the next few days, I will request a full refund. I also believe compensation is appropriate for the excessive delay, inconvenience, and the misleading public response that suggests this matter has already been resolved.
Unfortunately, based on my experience, I cannot recommend Canadian Appliance Source.
