We're happy with our appliances, but...
We're happy with our appliances, however very disappointed by the delivery service. The delivery guys pressured us for a "good tip" because they said that we could ask for a "refund" on the price we paid for the pipes and give them the money we would save... Then when we called the seller, he said that he would not reimburse us for the pipes because it was a "price adjustement"... we did not understand anything, but we sure did feel fooled.

Not as promised
When dealing with your sales associate I was told the oven would be in "in two to three weeks". Now we are being told it will not be in until October sometime. I would have looked for another option for my mother. It is in my opinion that your representative was deceptive. I am looking for wall ovens for my own home and will not be looking to purchase it from your company.

J'ai eu une très belle expérience d'achat en débutant par notre vendeur Mathieu qui nous as bien conseiller. Et le service à la clientèle à l'entrepôt lors de la récupération de la cuisinière a été également très bien. Courtois, rapide et respectueux.

Super mes Electros LG!
À date j’ai pu utilisé mes nouveaux électros LG & je suis très satisfaite.
L’achat c’est très bien passé. J’avais fais des recherches un peu d’avance & mon choix c’était bien arrêter sur la marque LG.
Notre représentant Yvonne Mutega m’a aidé avec le modèle à prendre. Elle a ete très gentille & professionelle lors de la vente de mes èlectros. J’étais très contente de les reçevoir ci rapide (2 jours après).
J’ai reçu plusieurs avis (courriels, textes) pour la date, heures de livraison.
Les gens qui ont fait la livraison, & l’installation des nouveaux électros en plus de sortir mes vieux électros etaient super. Ils ont fait attention aux murs, rien laissé derrière eux. En plus d’etre très gentil.
