Sales people were great. Very informative

Charged me a higher delivery fee than what was originally quoted.

The company needs to better coordinate with the company that delivers the appliances.
I was told a delivery time of 9 am to Noon by CAS but the delivery company said their time for delivery was between 2 PM and 6:30 PM
It finally came at 5:45 PM and almost disrupted my plans for the day.

Happy was helpful and friendly (Guelph location), I would not hesitate to go back or recommend Canadian Appliance Source.

The Jury's still out on this one. I purchased a Maytag dishwasher from Guelph outlet Thurs. Jun.22 They had one for me shipped to Kitchener for pic.up as I was in a hurry to get it otherwise it would have a lot longer before I got it. After 1 hr. round trip on Friday afternoon got it home. Sat. morning Jun.24 opened box to begin install and found a significant dent in the stainless tub. HOLY@## contacted the customer care dept. Immediately and now it's Monday 5:00 PM Jun.26 and still waiting for a ruling. My hands are tied and can't move fwd. !!!!

The Verdict in now in. Kudos to C.A.S
Tuesday afternoon C.A.S. reached out and offered to compensate me 10% of the purchase price.
I feel this is fair considering the dent is not large,it is in the back and it does not affect the units operation, furthermore this damage had to occur in the Maytag factory as the box and packing were untouched. So thank you C.A.S.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the products and was not pushy . He did some research to find us the appliance that met our criteria. The pick up was very easy and within two days of ordering. Overall a pleasant shopping experience.

Almost Delivered to The wrong address good thing I took the day off work.

Product in stock. Pick up was easy. Sales and warehouse staff very helpful.

Bought it in Guelph over the phone from Happy. Price was good with the assistance of Muzamel. Had to pick it up in Kitchener which was disappointing seeing as I live in Guelph. Hired a plumber to install and I was missing the Hardware Package. (Gear Clamp, Wood Screws and Mounting Brackets). I called Happy he was off, emailed Muzamel he was off, called Customer Service and they told me to contact the manufacturer LG. I had a plumber at my home. I asked if I could go to Guelph store and pickup a Hardware Kit. Was told they don’t stock them. Had to have the plumber McGiver the install to make it work. Terrible customer service… why not stock a few Hardware Kits in the event this happens. Cost me another $100 for installation because it took longer than the 1 hour I was quoted.

Great knowledgeable sales representatives...always ready with options to help.... always provide great support...prices on most products are better than any where else....perfect I have purchased 3 appliances in the past 6 months...and very happy with the stove, laundry washing machine ...so went ahead by purchasing a microwave from them as well....highly recommend Canadian Appliances Source as the first and best option in the lower mainland....thx again ...you all have a great day!
