We needed a dryer on very short notice and the purchase process was very simple and straight forward. We did everything over the phone and the sales rep was very helpful. Delivery was on time and very efficient. The new dryer is electric so we needed the old gas dryer disconnected and this was set up through CAS as well! This was our second purchase from CAS in the past year and we will continue to turn to them for all of our appliance needs going forward.

Great price, fast delivery with excellent communication. The delivery team was exceptional and got the old washer out and the new one in despite fixed obstacles in the path that could not be removed. Very pleasant and good humoured guys, despite the extreme heat on that day.

Delivery of stacked washer dryer…
Delivery of stacked washer dryer requires 3 people as I was told by delivery personnel. So they had to come back the next day as only 2 people came first. Just make sure the salesman knows this when you buy it.

Great Service from pricing, to delivery to Set-up
Great price, excellent coordination of drop off, set up and removal of old appliances. The delivery people were so professional and careful with bring ing and removing old appliances. The people that were contracted to set up our gas dryer were so polite and courteous.

I had a great experience buying an over‑the‑range microwave at Canadian Appliance Source. I was greeted right away by Happy Patel, who was friendly, professional, and asked all the right questions to help me find what I needed. He showed me the options without any pressure or upselling, and I was in and out in about 20 minutes. The delivery process was easy to follow via text messages and email.
The only thing I wish is that I could have picked up the microwave directly from the store instead of paying a small delivery fee — but aside from that, I was very satisfied with the whole experience.
Shout out to Happy P. for making the process quick and easy.

Regarding your property damage claim, please be advised that a signature indicating there were no damages serves as confirmation that the area was inspected at the time of delivery.
Because this section was signed upon receipt of the appliances, the delivery company is generally not liable for any damages claimed after the fact.
