After reviewing prices for Bosch dishwashers on line, I called the main store, bought it over the phone and picked it that afternoon. Everyone I talked to was very pleasant and helpful. For any other appliance purchases, I will definitely be calling Canadian Appliance Source !!!

I had bought from a big box store and they were not able to deliver a washer/dryer until the end of September. I went onto Canadian Appliance Source website and Brian T. an Associate on the chat was very helpful. He gave me a great price and within 20 minutes got back to me and told me they had it in stock and it would be delivered the next day...which it was.....and on time and with no issues....unbelievable. Highly recommend.

Friday morning, no issues great service, price was the same as others. I am very happy with the experience, and the product.

Both appliances arrived damaged and the "white glove delivery" ripped major gouges in our kitchen floor. We were offered $75 compensation for a ruined floor.

The refrigerator door is scratched and the range has large dents in the rear and on the side.

A brutal experience, not recommended by any stretch.

The sales representative was great! He fully understood my needs and offered the right products. Then he even took the time to see how he could give me the most discount. He talked about the extended warranty, but he was not pushy. He was knowledgeable, efficient and polite. A very good shopping experience with CAS!
