He put our needs first and shared information and advice honestly.
We came with a problem and he found a solution for us.
He helped us find the right product despite our having changed our mind - even when the item wasn’t nearly as expensive as our first choice - within 14 seconds….impressive.
He knew the products well and answered all our questions.
What we loved most about him was that he listened to us and there was zero pressure. After providing us with all the information, he left us to make our own decision.
In the end he ensured that the product was a good fit for I and my partner.
We will be coming back when we renovate our kitchen,

Price was $400 less than competitor and the fridge was in stock. Competitor needed 2 weeks to deliver.
Quick efficient delivery and waterline hookup. No extra charge for waterline hookup was a big bonus as well!

Very impressed…
I’d never heard of this company before but was in need of a new fridge and their pricing seemed good as did the fact that they’d deliver, hook up and remove old fridge all at no extra charge (white glove delivery). Had a small hiccup in the beginning with trying to get the stuff installed. Had to call back to the store, but they took care of it. Overall, a great experience.

cardboard experience not good
The driver was fine and his co-worker but they left the cardboard for me to cut down and find a place to have it recycled. I asked them to take it but when I turned my back they put it in my front yard and drove off.

Your delivery service is terrible
Your delivery service is terrible! Your web site says "SAME DAY OR NEXT DAY DELIVERY" . Both items I bought took 3 days! First delivery of fridge the delivery guys made a mess and broke hose. It appears as soon as an item is paid for the service stops! The sales men hide behind "3rd party delivery service, we have no control!" I shouldn't have to take a day off work to accept a delivery!! I should be able to set a time and phone direct to the delivery team to get a real time update. That's twice now I tried the "Canadian appliance store" I won't use them again as I will pick a store that delivers on my schedule not a 3rd party delivery service.

Your delivery date of July 23 was selected at checkout. Delivery scheduling and arrival windows are based on inventory, your location, and the carrier's route for the day.
Regarding the reported damage, we reviewed our records, including the signed delivery paperwork and the 5-star delivery survey completed after delivery, and no damage or concerns were reported at that time.

Excellent Customer Service and Great Delivery Experience!!
From the moment I walked into the store, I had a wonderful experience. The staff helped me was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. She took the time to answer all of my questions and helped me choose the right fridge without making me feel pressured.
The delivery team was just as impressive. They were professional, on time, and treated my home with care. When a small issue came up after the delivery, they came back promptly and fixed it without any hassle. It’s refreshing to see a company that stands behind its products and provides such excellent customer service.
