Now with more than 40 locations, our mission has grown to be the largest national appliance retailer in Canada. Best store to purchase a new appliance
Store was conveniently located. Sales Rep Randeen Saunders was knowledgeable; offered sound guidance when selecting the appliance. Delivery lead time was good. Delivery service was excellent. Dontay Watkis and Mario July were friendly, respectful and helpful. They removed the old washer and installed the new one quickly and professionally. I've been using the washer for the past 2 weeks. It has been running wonderfully. Thank you. I will definitely use Canadian Appliance Source again for my next appliance purchase.

Randeen and CAS provided great service
Randeen, our representative, was very helpful and always wanting to help. We ran into some product availability issues and he was there to make sure everything worked out, and in the end our appliances arrived as promised. This is our second time working with CAS and Randeen (we replaced our laundry room appliances a few months ago) and if we need other appliances some day, I’ll certainly come back.

Salesperson was professional and helpful. We wanted a stove model that slid on top of the granite countertop. That is what we thought we were getting but that was not what was delivered. The delivered model however did agree with what was stated on the order request. We did not send it back.

Highly recommend the Milton Store. I went to the Oakville CAS store, the staff were not interested in greeting customers, but the Milton staff are warm and welcoming especially Isaac.
