Good customer service

When I called and explained that I needed my upright freezer, which was an excellent price, as soon as possible, CAS, got it for me. Service was great, will definitely be using them for our next purchase

Max was great. But delivery was botched. Still have not received my dishwasher that was supposed to be here two days ago.

Our representative with your company was. Dry good, however, I can’t comment yet on the experience as we haven’t received the appliance yet.
Delivery of the appliance seems a little strange as we won’t know untill Friday, the delivery date, what time it will arrive. This makes it really difficult to have the existing appliance removed and the new one installed all in one operation

Fair price for the two major appliances I purchased with even better service from Amar. He was very personable, knowledgeable, and helpful exploring all options for my needs with no sales pressure! My appliances were delivered exactly when expected with updates along the way. We are happy with the performance of both so far. Looking forward to speaking with Amar for my next appliance purchase.

I got answers to any problems I thought I had.

This was the first time I purchased from Canadian Appliance. I was looking for a specific fridge, and they were very helpful in locating if for me. I used their web site/chat feature, and the process was very efficient. The fridge was delivered the next business day during the three hour delivery window that they gave me. I highly recommend this company.

Fridge was slightly smaller than the size we had requested to purchase (provided measurements of previous fridge).
There was a small dent on side of fridge, but they provided an option to return or give a discount.

From the minute we entered the store until the moment we left, we felt that OUR needs were the priority. Amarkumar Mehta greeted us at the door and then told us to take some time to look around. After a while he asked if we had any questions or if he could help us in any way. He was not pushy at all, listened to our needs, made a few suggestions and then left us to decide. We made a purchase and have been completely happy with the experience. Our new washer and dryer are exactly what we needed. The biggest bonus was the additional discount he gave us and the swift delivery . We will return for any other appliances we may need!

Ordering was easy and then chatting online was seamless and delivery was quick which was exactly what I needed since my family had no fridge !

Purchased a built-in microwave, waited a week for it to be shipped to the Saskatoon location (despite website saying "in stock"), got it installed, and immediately saw that panel was faulty. The clock read 11:62pm instead of 11:52pm. I contacted the salesperson as I assumed that given I had literally just plugged it in, they would just order another one we would do an exchange and then move on. Not the case. I now have to wait for a technician to arrange a time to come to my home to diagnose the issue, then determine if it needs to be replaced. This is not what I want, I would simply like a new microwave to be ordered to swap. I communicated this to the salesperson to no avail as he said this is out of their hands. I've also asked to speak to a manager who I have yet to hear from.

Why didn't anyone have the decency to tell me when my fridge and stove would be delivered? You want me to have everything ready for install but I can't take everything out of my fridge and let it rot if I don't know when you are coming. Do better, this is disgraceful

Delivery people were careful and skilled. Fridge moved in undamaged with efficiency!

All my questions were answered. My salesman was knowledgeable about the different brands of washers and dryers. Only problem was I found out after the sale I could have gotten airmiles.

I'd like to thank Max for his great service. He went out of his way for me and made my experience with CAS great. I'd absolutely recommend CAS!

Showed up earlier then we expected so that was good.

This company has little to no respect for the client. We had a range hood fan come dented. We didn't fully notice until we went to install it. They give you 48 hours to fully look over every appliance. So they would not replace it.

Customer service was spot on. Got everything I wanted/needed at a price I was comfortable with. Everything fell apart at the delivery. They dragged my old appliance across the floor, left a water trail, proceeded to hit on my tenant, ask her for her phone number and if she was single. The entire delivery experience was cringeworthy and vomit inducing
