Best Appliance Purchase Ever!
When my 14 year old fridge stopped working I went on line to find a replacement. I wanted the same features as before and found only 2 models that met all of my expectations. Many stores offered them at similar prices, but I wanted to see before buying and CAS Surrey was the only store locally that had both models in stock. I went there and was able to see both fridges, side by side to compare. I made my choice and found out that I didn't have to wait weeks (Like at Home Depot) I could have had delivery the next day for a small fee or free delivery the following day. (I took free) I was given a 3 hour delivery window and they came about half an hour in. They brought the fridge inside, removed the old fridge and connected the water supply. They took all the packaging and the old fridge away free of charge. The whole experience was fast and professional with no hidden additional fees for anything. This was the best major appliance purchace experience I have ever had. Thanks guys!

Great all round experience
From when I realized my old fridge wasn’t working, until my new fridge was delivered was less than 48 hours. Online shopping was so convenient. They took my old fridge and set up the new one in a matter of minutes, easily and professionally.
I dealt with a sales rep in Surrey, BC, but live in Ontario. With on line chat it was like dealing with a local store. I’m very impressed.

Don't buy in this store
Ordered LG refrigerator (Order date: Jun. 25, 2026). It should be delivery June 27, 2026. They send a message, delivery will be from 11 am. to 2pm.
We (my wife and I) prepared the place for new refrigerator and unplug the old one, all food were moved to coolers on the balconies.
We got a call from delivery track, and I went out to the entrance door, but was told, that they couldn't find the fridge itself. After that the delivery guy told me, that they receive a call from the company (CAS/Surrey) to cancel the delivery.
We tried to call them and talk to manager, but he was busy and finally in 2 hours we managed to talk to him, he told, that will be no delivery today without any reason.
We decided to cancel that order, and my advice - don't buy appliances from this shop.
Don't recommend anybody to deal with them, so be careful.
As a result I spent half of the day waiting and moving food (back and forth), and didn't go to work.

Process to purchase was easy and suggested a better model of washing. Machine than I came in to buy. Happy with the upgrade. The delivery and installation of machine and removal of old one was impressive.

This is a very dishonest company; my worst experience by far buying a larger appliance - a stove. I’m not going to get into details but check out Reddit, many people have the same terrible experience. Avoid them, don’t buy anything from them!

The initial phone call was handled by Markul he was very professional , thorough and helpful,,, He instantly gave me confidence that I was in the right place to buy a Quality Maytag Product,, further that his company offered full red carpet service,, He was patient in walking me through the process on the cell phone,,, as a senior I struggle at times with phones and computers. Markul made it easy,,, as for the delivery the gentleman delivering the dryer were true professionals,, the best I have ever seen,, they handled a fairly tight installation with ease,,, the way they worked installed great confidence in me.. I would not hesitate to recommend this 5 star company in all categories at any time,,, Simply put their the best,, my wife and I could not be more pleased,, very glad I found your company on Google

Satisfied Customers, Again!
We have now made three online purchases from CAS. The website is easy to operate, you are able to filter to exactly what you are looking for,
no wasting time looking through appliances that will not meet your needs.
The most recent purchase, a stacked washer/gas dryer, I made use of the online chat to firm up a delivery date. Communication with the representative was easy and quick.
Delivery was fantastic, the delivery gents were courteous, friendly and I was notified via text when they were a stop away/20 min before their arrival.
All in all a very positive experience!! Thank you again CAS!
