Paz, was an amazing customer service agent. He took my call, was very clear about the process and explained very well what was to be expected. Within just a few minutes, he had asked several questions, verified my I formation and co firmed that I had recieved an email with all the details. Paz was extremely polite and courteous. Amazing Customer Service from Hüseyin
I purchased a Kitchenaid dishwasher
(KDTE204KPS) and a washing machine
(WFW6605MC) from Canadian Appliance
Source. Throughout the purchasing process, Hüseyin Adanir, the Customer Service Supervisor at Canadian Appliance Source, provided exceptional assistance. Both the dishwasher and the washing machine have been functioning perfectly, bringing great convenience to our daily lives.
I have never experienced such a smooth and comfortable shopping experience in Canada before. The professionalism of Hüseyin Adanir and the quality of customer service provided by the company far exceeded my expectations. I am very satisfied with the quality of service offered by Canadian Appliance Source and would highly recommend it to others.

Very poor customer service
Very poor customer service, not able to return unsatisfied product just after 3 days. Everything will be online correspondence only and we will get reply 24 to 48 hours. If you are satisfied with the product after purchase you need to live with that, otherwise we can donate to Value Village. We used to deal with Home Depot or Lowes, never had a problem. This is the first time we bought appliances (Stove and Hood), we will never deal with this CAS again. Huge Mistake to buy from this store.

Not all microwaves are the same
No complaints until our microwave had to be installed. Salespeople said not to worry you don’t need dimensions they are all standard size. We ended up paying as much as the microwave cost us just to have it installed. Size was considerably different. Put a huge damper on what was a very pleasant experience

Your company had the product which was…
Your company had the product which was the most important thing but pricing was $200 more than a competitor- I would have waited if I could have been sure delivery would have been on time. The sales rep was nice enough but so difficult to understand and was pushing for me to pick it up in days which wasn’t my plan. I had given a significant deposit so why would product not be held for me within a reasonable time?

Please note if you find an advertised lower price online or in print at another appliance retailer before you buy your appliance from CAS or prior to delivery of your appliance, we will match the qualifying price.
CAS does not hold appliances for more than 9 days on an order as we receive new inventory and release stock to customers everyday.
We can see that your Whirlpool wall oven has been picked up on August 28th of 2023.
